سخنرانی حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید حسن خمینی در دانشگاه کراچی پاکستان: باید در جهت رفع مظلومیت از شخصیت حضرت امام خمینی(س) گام برداشت

حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید حسن خمینی برای دیدار با علما و شیعیان پاکستان و بازدید از دانشگاه بین المللی امام خمینی شهر کراچی و آشنایی با فعالیت های صورت گرفته در جهت نشر و ترویج اندیشه های حضرت امام در این کشور اسلامی به پاکستان سفر کرده است و حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید سراج الدین موسوی نیز در این سفر ایشان را همراهی می کند. در اولین گام از این سفر، حضرت حجت الاسلام والمسلمین سید حسن خمینی یادگار امام در دانشگاه امام خمینی کراچی پاکستان در جمع صدها تن از طلاب، روحانیون و مدیران مدارس علمیه این شهر به سخنرانی پرداخت.

به گزارش پایگاه اطلاع رسانی و خبری جماران، حجت الاسلام والمسلمین سید حسن خمینی یادگار گرامی حضرت امام(س) روز گذشته در جمع صدها تن از طلاب، روحانیون و مدیران مدارس علمیه کراچی پاکستان در دانشگاه امام خمینی این شهر پیرامون شخصیت علمی و فقهی حضرت امام خمینی گفت: یکی از مظلومیت های امام پنهان شدن وجهه علمی و فقهی امام در پس وجهه سیاسی و اجتماعی ایشان است و باید در جهت رفع مظلومیت از شخصیت حضرت امام خمینی(س) گام برداشت.

حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید حسن خمینی با برشمردن وجهه های گوناگون شخصیت علمی حضرت امام در ابعاد اصولی، فلسفی و اخلاقی و عرفانی ادامه داد: امام خمینی(س) در حوزه عرفان اسلامی یکی از نویسندگان پرکار دوره معاصر است و معارف شیعه را به حوزه عرفان نظری وارد کرده است و در علم اخلاق نیز از زمره کسانی است که از اخلاق سه بعدی ارسطو که در مدار اعتدال و دوری از افراط و تفریط شکل گرفته بود جدا شده و اخلاق دو بعدی الهی- نفسانی را منشاء تحلیل علم اخلاق قرار داده اند.

یادگار گرامی حضرت امام ادامه داد: همچنین ایشان در حوزه علم اصول با ارائه نظرات مختلف و دقیق از جمله با بارور ساختن بحث خطابات قانونیه گفتمان غالب مولا و عبد را به گفتمان قانون تغییر دادند.

سید حسن خمینی در ادامه به بعد فقهی امام اشاره کرد و گفت: امام پیش از آنکه رهبر انقلاب بزرگ باشد یک فقیه است که در حوزه فقه به بالاترین مدارج دست یافته است. پس از انقلاب با مطرح کردن بحث زمان و مکان و تاثیر آنها بر اجتهاد و همچنین بحث مصلحت نظام و اهمیت آن در فقه حکومت اندیشه فقه اسلامی را تکامل بخشیدند.

سید حسن خمینی در این باره با اشاره به خدمت بزرگ پروفسور علیرضا نقوی در ترجمه تحریرالوسیله به زبان انگلیسی از این کتاب به عنوان کاری بزرگ در رفع مظلومیت امام و همچنین ترویج فقه اهل بیت عصمت و طهارت (علیه السلام) یاد کرد و با تقدیر از این نویسنده گفت: کار ترجمه این کتاب توسط پروفسور نقوی به خوبی به سرانجام رسیده است و ایشان با توانایی منحصر بفرد خود توانسته به زیبایی ها و قواعد صحیح ترجمه دست یابد و در حقیقت با تلاش ایشان اولین ترجمه دوره فقه شیعه به زبان انگلیسی ارائه شده است.

سید حسن خمینی در پایان از زحمات حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید سراج الدین موسوی به عنوان پایه گذار این طرح تشکر کرد.

پیش از سخنان یادگار امام حجت الاسلام بهاالدینی نماینده ولی فقیه در پاکستان با خوشامدگویی به حجت الاسلام سید حسن خمینی از زحمات حجت الاسلام سید سراج الدین موسوی تشکر کرده و گفت: هر خوبی و قدری در جهان اسلام است ناشی از حضرت امام است.

سپس از زحمات پروفسور علیرضا نقوی به خاطر ترجمه وزین و ارزشمند کتاب «تحریرالوسیله» حضرت امام خمینی(س) به زبان انگلیسی تقدیر به عمل آمد. ایشان استاد بازنشسته دانشگاه اسلامی اسلام آباد و صاحب ده ها جلد کتاب و صدها مقاله در موضوعات مختلف به زبان های انگلیسی، اردو، فارسی و عربی است و در این مراسم با اهدای لوح تقدیر و هدیه ای از زحمات این استاد برجسته مطالعات اسلامی تجلیل گردید. صدها تن از طلاب، روحانیون و مدیران مدارس علمیه کراچی پاکستان حضور داشتند.

پروفسور علیرضا نقوی در این مراسم ضمن بیان چگونگی ترجمه کتاب تحریرالوسیله گفت: من هم در نجف و هم در تهران خدمت امام خمینی رسیده بودم و نسبت به ایشان عشق می ورزیدم. ایشان الگوی من بوده و من مرید ایشان بودم. شخصیت علمی و فقهی امام باید مورد بررسی بیشتر قرار گیرد و محققین جدید باید بیایند و بین کتاب ارزشمند تحریرالوسیله و کتاب وسیله النجاة مقایسه کنند. همچنین وقتی کتاب عروة الوثقی با همه عظمتش با کتاب تحریرالوسیله سنجیده شود مشخص می شود که تحریرالوسیله مسایل و مطالب جدید زیادی را داراست که عروه ندارد و جامعه اردو زبان و جوامع انگلیسی نیاز مبرم به یک دوره فقه جامع شیعه داشت که بحمدالله کتاب تحریرالوسیله این خلاء را پر و نیاز محققین در زمینه فقه شیعه را برطرف نموده است. تحریرالوسیله در زمینه فقه و مسایل جدید یک کتاب جامع است.

پروفسور نقوی ضمن ابراز خوشحالی از حضور یادگار امام حجت الاسلام سید حسن خمینی در این مراسم نسبت به مقام علمی و دقت نظر و توجه و عنایت ایشان در نشر و استحکام و اعتبار این اثر علمی سپاسگذاری نمود.

در پایان این مراسم که حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید سراج الدین موسوی و حجت الاسلام و المسلمین بهاالدینی نماینده ولی فقیه در پاکستان و تعدادی از علما و اساتید پاکستانی نیز حضور داشتند، نماز جماعت به امامت حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید حسن خمینی اقامه گردید و یادگار امام در جمع علاقه مندان حاضر گردید و به ابراز احساسات آنان پاسخ داد.
