حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید حسن خمینی در جمع اعضای شورای شهر تهران: برگزاری آرام انتخابات شوراها مزیت بزرگی برای جمهوری اسلامی است

اعضای شورای شهر تهران برای تجدید میثاق با آرمان های حضرت امام در حرم مطهر حضور یافتند.

به گزارش جماران، اعضای شورای چهارم شهر تهران پس از اولین جلسه شورا و انتخاب رئیس شورا برای تجدید میثاق با آرمان های حضرت امام در حرم مطهر حضور یافتند. حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید حسن خمینی اعضای شورای شهر تهران را در مراسم تجدید بیعت با آرمان های حضرت امام همراهی کرد.

حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید حسن خمینی در دیدار رئیس و اعضای شورای چهارم شهر تهران، با تشکر از رئیس فعلی و قبلی شورای شهر تهران اظهار داشت: امروز ان‌شا‌ء الله روز بسیار مبارکی برای همه ما و شما است.

وی با گرامیداشت یاد آیت‌الله طالقانی که نام وی با شوراها گره خورده است، افزود: در جمع دوستان سخن گفتن از هر مقوله‌ای رواست‌ زیرا عزیزان از همه کمالات برخودارند و د‌ر بین آن‌ها کسانی هستند که بیشتر از سن من در مبارزه بوده‌اند مانند دکتر شیبانی که عمری را در مبارزه و تلاش بوده است.

یادگار امام با بیان این که می‌خواهم نکته‌ای را به اقتراح بگذارم، گفت: در روزهای بعد از انتخابات 24 خرداد 92 بنا بر مناسبتی خدمت رهبری معظم انقلاب بودم و در زمره بحث‌هایی که مطرح بود ایشان نکته شیرینی را گفتند، و آن این‌که یکی از امتیازات نظام جمهوری اسلامی برگزاری آرام انتخابات شوراهاست.

وی ادامه داد: انتخابات ریاست جمهوری یک انتخابات ملی و انتخابات مجلس شورای اسلامی هم یک انتخابات شهری یا حتی ملی است. اما انتخابات شوراها، انتخاباتی در سطح شهرهای کوچک و روستاها با حجم بالای کاندیداست که صد هزار منتخب دارد و یکی از منافع آن سپردن کارها به مردم و دوری حاکمیت از پذیرش امور در اختیار مردم است. از امتیازات این انتخابات برگزاری آن بدون ریختن قطره‌ی خون از دماغ کسی و انجام با آرامش آن است. در حالی که ما می‌بینیم در کشورهای همسایه دعواها و درگیری‌های زیادی حتی در روستاها رخ می‌دهد که برگزاری آرام انتخابات شوراها، مزیت بزرگی برای نظام جمهوری اسلامی است.

سید حسن خمینی با اشاره به یک دست نبودن شورای جدید شهر تهران افزود: این عدم یکدستی شاید برای بعضی معضله باشد، اما مهم این است که این تنوع به عنوان یک حلقه وفاق در جمعی باشد که وقتی کنار هم می‌نشینند به زندگی و مسائل مردم توجه نشان دهند و لذا آن آرامش دوران انتخابات می‌تواند ادامه یابد و در جامعه نهادینه شود. این یک ضعف نیست بلکه می‌تواند یک نقطه کانونی برای همدلی و وفاق باشد و می‌توان نشان داد که سلیقه‌های مختلف می‌تواند یک مدیریت واحد را به منصه ظهور برساند.

یادگار امام با اشاره به این‌که در قرآن در خصوص وفاق و همگامی بسیار سخن گفته شده است، ابراز امیدواری کرد: امر به شورا و مودت را در جمع اعضای شورای شهر شاهد باشیم.

وی با بیان این‌که ان‌شا‌الله شورای شهر مسیر چهار ساله خود را به خوبی با توان‌مندی، حسن انتخاب و همدلی ادامه دهد، رضایت خداوند از آنها را مسألت کرد و سخن خود را با این قصیده سعدی به پایان رساند:

پس بگردید و بگردد روزگار
دل به دنیا درنبندد هوشیار

ای که دستت می‌رسد کاری بکن
پیش از آن کز تو نیاید هیچ کار

اینکه در شهنامه‌ها آورده‌اند
رستم و رویینه‌تن اسفندیار

تا بدانند این خداوندان ملک
کز بسی خلقست دنیا یادگار

احمد مسجد جامعی در دیدار اعضای شورای شهر چهارم تهران با یادگار امام با ابراز امیدواری نسبت به اینکه این دیدار یک رویکرد برای نگاهی دوباره به چیزی است که امام آن را پایه گذاری کرد، اظهار داشت: روزی در خدمت آیت‌الله شیخ مهدی حائری بودیم، ایشان نکته‌ای گفتند که در ذهن من ماند و آن اینکه، سیاسی شدن شخصیت امام باعث شد خیلی از ابعاد وجودی ایشان دیده نشود و اینکه ما هزاره یادبود ابوعلی‌سینا را برای بزرگداشت آثار فکری و فلسفی او برگزار می‌کنیم، اگر همین کار را زمانی برای امام انجام دهیم، شما نباید تعجب کنید.

وی افزود: یکی از نگرش‌ها و دستاوردهای امام، توجه به مشارکت و حضور مردم است که از جمله، در قالب شوراها می‌توان به آن اشاره کرد. شوراها در واقع پیامی برای نشان دادن ضرورت شکل‌گیری مراکزی در کشور برای سپردن کارها به مردم و کم کردن کار اجرایی است؛ می‌توان گفت که امام با توجه به امر شوراها، میان حکومت ملی و محلی تفاوت قائل شدند.

رئیس شورای شهر تهران گفت: نقش آیت‌الله طالقانی در تحکیم پایه شوراها بسیار مهم بود، اما شهید آیت‌الله بهشتی این اصل را قاعده‌مند کرد و در قالب قانون اساسی گنجاند و می‌بینیم که در قانون اساسی بیش از صد بار نام شورا ذکر شده است.

مسجدجامعی با اشاره به اینکه امروز روز پایان یک دوره‌ای از شوراها و آغاز دوره‌ای دیگر است، ادامه داد: امروز روز مهمی است، زیرا به یکی از آرمان‌های امام که مشارکت قاعده‌مند مردم در امور کشور است، پرداخته می‌شود.

وی همچنین به برگزاری همزمان انتخابات شوراها و ریاست جمهوری در دوره اخیر و نیز افزایش تعداد اعضای شورای شهر تهران از 15 به 31 نفر اشاره کرد. رئیس شورای شهر تهران در پایان سخنان خود اعضای این شورا را به یادگار امام معرفی کرد.

همچنین عبدالحسین مختاباد عضو شورای شهر تهران که از هنرمندان شاخص کشورمان است قطعه‌ای از آثار خود را اجرا کرد.
