سخنگوی دولت: همه ما در یک عنصر مشترک هستیم و آن شیفتگی نسبت به حضرت امام، خانواده و یادگاران معظم ایشان است

به گزارش خبرنگار جماران، در جلسه شورای هماهنگی روسای مراکز روابط عمومی و اطلاع رسانی که در آستانه روز جهانی ارتباطات و روابط عمومی با حضور حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید حسن خمینی و در موسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار امام خمینی برگزار شد، علیرضا معزی دبیر شورای اطلاع رسانی دولت گفت: در سال‌های گذشته مجموعه اطلاع‌رسانی دولت با بیت حضرت امام و ستاد برگزاری مراسم بزرگداشت امام خمینی ارتباطات چندانی نداشتند. هرچند علل مختلفی را می‌توان برای این گسست ارتباطات ذکر کرد اما با توجه به فراهم شدن شرایط و زمینه برای این ارتباط مجدد بهتر است فرصت پیش آمده مورد توجه قرار بگیرد. وی ادامه داد: این موضوع مهم باید در دستور کار روابط عمومی‌ها قرار بگیرد که برای ترویج اندیشه‌های امام خمینی(س)، چگونه و چه تبلیغاتی را می‌توانیم در بدنه اجرایی دولت به کار بگیریم تا بتوانیم ضعف‌ها و کمبود‌های پیش آمده در سال‌های گذشته را از بین ببریم.

وی افزود: بزرگ‌ترین نقد به سیاست‌های تبلیغی و آنچه در بدنه دولت و سایر مجموعه‌های نظام وارد است را می‌توان شعار‌زدگی دانست. در واقع شعار‌زدگی در ظاهر باعث زیاد شدن گفته‌ها و سخنان امام در فضای تبلیغاتی می‌شود ولی نتیجه، کم شدن تاثیر‌گذاری این سخنان خواهد بود. به گونه‌ای که در حال حاضر به اسم آرمان و ارزش‌های انقلاب چیزهایی عنوان می‌شود که باعث دور شدن از اندیشه و ارزش‌های واقعی امام می‌شود. دبیر شورای اطلاع رسانی دولت گفت: این امر بسیار مهم است که به چه طریق می‌توان رهنمودهای امام در حوزه‌ها و زمینه‌های مختلف را به کار بست. برای تحقق این امر هم باید به اندیشه‌های امام بازگشت و بعد از مطالعه این افکار و اندیشه‌ها برای عمل به آن‌ها همت کرد.

معزی در ادامه متذکر شد: ارتباط با موسسه تنظیم نشر آثار امام به عنوان مرجع رسمی و قانونی ترویج آثار رهبر کبیر انقلاب اسلامی نباید به ایام برگزاری بزرگداشت امام محدود شود و ما باید ارتباطی دائمی در تمام طول سال برای شناخت و ترویج اندیشه‌های امام داشته باشیم. وی با تأکید بر ضرورت ارتباط دائمی روابط عمومی‌ها با مرجع ترویج افکار و اندیشه‌های امام در همه طول سال گفت: بخشی از ایجاد این ارتباط به عهده موسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار امام خمینی است که به روابط عمومی‌ها برای تولید محتوا بر مبنای اندیشه‌های امام کمک کند و در ابتدای امر خود روابط عمومی‌ها را با این افکار آشنا سازد تا بتوانند بر این اساس عمل کنند. معزی افزود: مجموعه روابط عمومی دولت نیز در کنار موسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار امام هست تا در کنار این مجموعه بتواند کاری کند که اهداف بلند در اندیشه‌های حضرت امام بیش از پیش تشریح شود.

در این جلسه، قائم مقام موسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار حضرت امام خمینی(س) نیز طی سخنانی گفت: حرکت در مسیر اندیشه امام، ترویج اندیشه ایشان و بزرگداشت یاد و خاطره امام راحل، وظیفه‌ای دینی است که ما نسبت به آن بزرگ‌مرد داریم و چنین وظیفه‌ای فارغ از مسئولیت های اداری و سازمانی است که هرکسی که دل در گرو ایران عزیز دارد، بر عهده دارد. وی افزود: این یک واقعیت است که ایران اسلامی، هویت جدید خود را مدیون یاد و نام امام است و این حقیقت همواره در بیانات مقام معظم رهبری مورد تأکید واقع شده و برای رهروان انقلاب اسلامی مطرح است.

انصاری تصریح کرد: موسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار امام خمینی‌(س) که خود، از مباحث ارزشمند امام راحل به شمار می‌رود، با حکم حضرت امام در سال 1367 آغاز به کار کرد. این شجره طیبه که با حکم امام راحل و با تلاش یادگار امام، حاج احمد آقا خمینی تاسیس شد، خدمات فراوانی را تاکنون عرضه کرده است و ما امروز شاهد گنجینه ای ارزشمند از تالیفات، پیام‌ها، عکس‌ها، سخنرانی‌ها و اسناد مربوط به انقلاب اسلامی به عنوان محصول این موسسه هستیم. قائم مقام موسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار امام خمینی گفت: تقریبا تمام آثار علمی و اجتماعی و سیاسی امام بدون دخل و تصرف و به صورت کامل تدوین و به زبان‌های مختلف ترجمه است. چنان‌که برخی از آثار امام به 25 تا 30 زبان ترجمه شده است.

وی ادامه داد: در برنامه‌های توسعه ضمانت‌های کافی اجرایی و حتی، مالی و اداری برای این موضوع تدوین شده بود که متاسفانه اتفاقاتی که در چند سال گذشته به وجود آمد، ادامه این روند را کمی به تاخیر انداخت. ما بنا داریم با همکاری دولت محترم که خود، برآمده از متن اندیشه امام است، ضمانت‌های اجرایی کافی را در جهت اجرای منویات رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی، داشته باشیم. دکتر حمید انصاری تصریح کرد: ما هر سال و در ابتدای سال شاهد گردهمایی‌های ملی در سطح کشور هستیم که اوج آن در حرم مطهر امام و در خردادماه روی می دهد. بخش‌های مختلف موسسه به خصوص با فضای امیدبخش و با نشاطی که اخیرا در کشور پدید آمده، آماده است تا با دستگاه‌های مختلف به خصوص دستگاه‌های فرهنگی و آموزشی، این میراث ارزشمند را به اشتراک بگذارد.

قائم مقام موسسه تنظیم نشر آثار حضرت امام در ادامه گفت: آنچه مهم است این موضوع است که در عرصه تجلیل از یاد و اندیشه امام باید از رفتارهای سطحی و کم عمق پرهیز کنیم و به نیازهای جدی نسل جوان بیاندیشیم. اندیشه امام، اندیشه ناب اسلامی است که اگر به درستی شناخته و بازگویی شود؛ مخاطبان درست خود را در سطح جهان می‌یابد. وی افزود: متاسفانه چندی است که ما شاهدیم، یکسری جریان‌هایی که اصالت چندانی ندارند، شرایطی را پدید می‌آورند که اصالت و اعتبار این دستگاه را خدشه‌دار کنند و آنچه که دولت و نهادهای مرتبط باید در این خصوص انجام دهند، اطلاع رسانی درست در این زمینه است. وی خاطرنشان کرد: موسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار امام خمینی‌(س) به هیچ وجه خود را مروج انحصاری راه، اندیشه و آثار امام نمی‌داند و از هر موسسه و نهادی که بخواهد در این مسیر گام بردارد، استقبال می‌کنیم اما نگران تحریف‌ها و ارائه نادرست آثار حضرت امام و همچنین وارونه‌گویی زندگی امام و استفاده‌های ابزاری از اندیشه ایشان، هستیم.

به گزارش خبرنگار جماران، دکتر محمد باقر نوبخت نیز طی سخنانی گفت: هدف اصلی از تشکیل این جلسه در جماران، استفاده از حضور و دیدگاه‌های حجت‌الاسلام والمسلمین سید حسن خمینی است. معاون برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت راهبردی رئیس‌جمهور افزود: همه ما چه کسانی که به لحاظ سنی در شرایطی بودیم که محضر امام را درک کردیم و چه کسانی که نتوانستند دوران حضور و مدیریت بی‌بدیل بنیانگذار جمهوری اسلامی را لمس کنند در یک عنصر مشترک هستیم و آن شیفتگی نسبت به حضرت امام، خانواده و یادگاران معظم ایشان است. وی خطاب به سید حسن خمینی گفت: من از تعبیر مولانا استفاده می‌کنم «چون که گل رفت و گلستان شد خراب/ بوی گل را از چه جوییم از گلاب» شما برای ما گلاب و معطر هستید. جایگاه شما در قلب عاشقان امام محفوظ است و هیچ چیز نمی‌تواند میان مردم و یادگاران امام خمینی(س) فاصله ایجاد کند.

نوبخت اظهار داشت: ما تاریخ صدر اسلام را به یاد داریم و کسانی را که قدردان یادگاران رسول الله(ص) نبودند لعنت می‌کنیم. به تعبیر امام خمینی(س) و مقام معظم رهبری مردم ما برتر از انسان‌هایی که در دوران صدر اسلام زندگی می‌کرده‌اند، هستند و وفاداری خود نسبت به مراجع اصلی شان را فراموش نمی‌کنند. وی در بخش دیگر سخنان خود درباره نقش روابط عمومی‌ها اظهار داشت: تبیین عملکرد دولت و تقویت رابطه دولت-ملت و تقویت رابطه دولت و ملت با انقلاب اسلامی که اساس انقلاب اسلامی است؛ نخستین مسوولیت روابط عمومی‌هاست. سخنگوی دولت تصریح کرد: دومین نقش روابط عمومی‌ها نیز افزودن غنای فعالیت‌های دستگاه‌های اجرایی است و بدانید که بدون تردید رفتار و کردار ما زمانی می‌تواند در میان مردم از مقبولیت کافی برخوردار باشد که ملهم از اندیشه‌های حضرت امام باشد.

وی درباره عملکرد دوسویه روابط عمومی‌ها افزود: روابط عمومی‌ها باید از یک سو بتوانند برخورداری از منابع و ذخایر انقلاب اسلامی را همواره برای دستگاه‌های اجرایی ممکن کنند و از سوی دیگر در اطلاع رسانی این منابع کوشا باشند. معاون برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت راهبردی رئیس‌جمهور ادامه داد: بدون تردید مراکز سازمان‌ها و موسساتی که در این شورا حضور دارند؛ می‌توانند بهترین مراجع ارتباطی دستگاه‌های اجرایی باشند. نوبخت در ادامه مؤسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار امام را مرجع دولت و دستگاه‌های اجرایی دانست و با اعلام این که دولت برای همکاری با این مؤسسه اعلام نیاز می‌کند؛ گفت: تقاضا داریم که عزیزان روابط عمومی را پذیرا باشید تا بتوانند ارتباط پیوسته‌ای با این مؤسسه برقرار کنند.

وی افزود: هر آنچه که از سوی مؤسسه مورد نیاز برای اطلاع‌رسانی است، می‌تواند در اختیار روابط عمومی‌ها قرار گیرد و بنده از سوی دولت و به نمایندگی از دولت عرض می‌کنم که روابط عمومی‌ها می‌توانند حلقه واسط میان مؤسسه و جامعه باشند و با استفاده از ابزارهایی که در اختیار دارند هر آنچه که مورد نیاز است را به مردم اطلاع رسانی کنند. نوبخت در پایان درباره نقش ویژه روابط عمومی‌ها در برگزاری مراسم بزرگداشت امام خمینی‌(س) گفت: برای برگزاری مراسم بزرگداشت امام(س) نیز مأموریت ما بیشتر است و پیوند صمیمانه‌تری میان خود و مجموعه برگزار کننده مراسم قائل هستیم و علاقه مندیم نقش شایسته و بایسته در این مراسم داشته باشیم.
