در پی درگذشت آیت الله ابطحی کاشانی از یاران دیرین بنیانگذار جمهوری اسلامی ایران، یادگار امام پیام تسلیتی را صادر کرد.

به گزارش جماران، متن این پیام بدین شرح است:

«بسمه تعالی

درگذشت فقیه و مجتهد بزرگوار و عالم ربّانی حضرت آیت الله آقای حاج سید محمد ابطحی کاشانی (تاب ثراه) موجب تأثر همه دوستداران ایشان است.

آن مرحوم که از نزدیکان و شاگردان حضرت امام(س) و از دوستان نزدیک و هم بحث های خاص مرحوم آیت الله حاج سید مصطفی خمینی و از استادان مرحوم یادگار امام بود، عمر خویش را در مسیر اعتلای اسلام و در راه امام عظیم الشأن سپری نمود.

حمایت های بی دریغ ایشان در روزهای سختی و تبعید امام و بیت امام در کنار ابعاد مختلف علمی و توانمندی های فقهی و همچنین پایمردی های آن فقید سعید در دفاع از جنبه های علمی و عملی حضرت امام، از نقاط درخشان زندگی ایشان است.

اینجانب ضمن عرض تسلیت این مصیبت به ساحت مقدس حضرت ولیعصر(عج) و حوزه های علمیه و هچنین بیت معظم و فرزندان ایشان، از خدای سبحان برای ایشان علو درجات و حشر با معصومین علیهم السلام مسألت دارم.
