یادگار گرامی امام با بیان این که توان مندی و امانت دو شرط برعهده گیری مسئولیت‌هاست، گفت: اگر برای مردم که ما را انتخاب کرده‌اند کار کنیم امین هستیم. اما اگر برای حزب و گروه خودمان کار کرده باشیم این خروج از امانت است.

به گزارش جماران، حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید حسن خمینی در دیدار با شهردار و اعضای شورای اسلامی شهر تهران با اشاره به یکی از آیات قرآن در خصوص صفات لازم برای افراد مسئول اظهار داشت: قدرت و امانت دو شرط لازم برای یک مسئول است و همانطور که در آیه 26 سوره قصص آمده است: «قالت احداهما یا ابت استاجره ان خیر من استاجرت القوی الامین پدرم! او را استخدام کن، زیرا بهترین کسى را که مى‌‏توانى استخدام کنى آن کسى است که قوى و امین باشد.»

وی با بیان این که صفاتی چون توانمندی و امانتداری قابلیت تشکیکی دارند، افزود: وقتی می‌خواهید مسئولی را انتخاب کنید فرد توانمندتر را انتخاب کنید. علاوه بر این انسان باید توانمندی خود را لحظه به لحظه بیشتر کند که یکی از راه های تحقق این هدف بهره گیری از مشورت است. زیرا ذهن ما هر چه قدر هم توانمند باشد، نمی تواند در همه امور به یک اندازه خود را توانمند کند. از کارکردهای شوراها نیز مشورت در اداره امور کشور و رسیدن مدیریت کشور از فردگرایی به جمع گرایی است. تا به تعبیر امام «همه با هم» کار کنید.

یادگار امام بهره گیری از روش های جدید عملکرد را یکی دیگر از راه های افزایش توان مندی خواند و گفت: اگر مانند زمان ناصرالدین شاه می خواستید شهر را اداره کنید با حضور قدرت‌مند ترین افراد باز هم کار فلج بود. لذا هم باید توان مند بود و هم در حین کار باید ان را تقویت کنیم و این تقویت در گرو این دو عامل است که حوزه فردگرایی را از بین برده و کار را به حوزه های وسیع تری متصل کنیم و در نوع مدیریت تحول ایجاد کنیم.

حجت الاسلام والمسلمین سید حسن خمینی یکی دیگر از شروط به عهده گیری مسئولیت بر اساس آیه ذکر شده را امانت خواند و یادآور شد: فرد امین یعنی کسی که شروط اولیه اش صداقت است و درحوزه کاری شوراها نیز امانت به عنوان یک مسئولیت در این است که انسان ببیند هرچه عمل می کند آیا بیشترین نفع را به حال مردم دارد یا خیر ؟ اگر این گونه باشد به امانت عمل کرده ایم اما اگر نفع من یا گروه، رفیق یا جریان من در میان باشد آن فرد از امانت فاصله گرفته است.

وی گفت: این که گفته می شود ریا عمل را از بین می برد فکر نکنید که یک امر تعبدی است بلکه نکته ایی بسیار عقلایی است؛ اگر کسی هنگام نماز خواندن تحسین دیگران را در نظر داشته باشد نمی تواند انتظار خیر و ثواب از جانب خداوند را داشته باشد. لذا اگر برای مردم که ما را انتخاب کرده اند کار کنیم امین هستیم. اما اگر برای حزب و گروه خودمان کار کرده باشیم این خروج از امانت است.

سید حسن خمینی خطاب به اعضای شورای اسلامی شهر تهران گفت: سعی کنید نفع مردم و جامعه را هدف قرار دهید که ریشه این کار به دوری از «من» بر می گردد زیرا تمام گرفتاری ها از «من» است و مادر بت ها بت نفس است.

یادگار امام با ذکر خاطره ای از ملاقات امام و آیت الله العظمی حکیم در نجف اظهار داشت: امام خطاب به آیت الله حکیم در مورد نهضت اسلامی گفتند که من یک طلبه ساده بودم که این کار را انجام دادم اگر شما این کار را امروز به دست بگیرید حاضرم به عنوان یک سرباز پشت سر شما حرکت کنم. این سخن امام یعنی من مهم نیستم بلکه مهم انجام کار است.

وی ادامه داد: یکی از گرفتاری ها این است که ما در کارها خودمان را قید عمل می بینیم؛ اگر ما کاری را انجام دهیم آن کار خوب است اما اگر دیگری آن را انجام دهد با تمام توان به آن اشکال وارد می کنیم و «من» خود را در قالب حسد و کینه جلوه می دهد که مخل امانت است.

وی در ابتدای سخنان خود از مسئولان شهری تهران به خاطر توفیق در برگزاری انتخابات شورایاری شهر تهران به عنوان کاری بزرگ و پسندیده تقدیر کرد و گفت: واگذاری هرچه بیشتر امور به مردم باید اهتمام مسئولین در تمام نقاط و بخش ها باشد.

یادگار امام با تقدیر از مدیریت شهر تهران گفت: مردم به اعضای شورای شهر اعتماد کردند و آن ها نیز به برادر عزیز آقای قالیباف اعتماد کردند که بحمدالله از مدیران توان مند و بسیار قابل احترام در جمهوری اسلامی هستند و تا جایی که تهران را می بینیم تحولات بزرگی در شهر تهران ایجاد کرده اند که ثواب عمده آن متوجه ایشان و همکاران شان است. اما این توفیق و توان را باید تشدید کنید زیرا اگر توان مندی روزی پیشرفت نکند توان مندی در جا زده ای است و ممکن است امانت به خوبی ادا نشده باشد.

در ابتدای دیدار مهندس مهدی چمران رئیس شورای اسلامی شهر تهران با اشاره به فرمان امام برای تشکیل شوراها آن را نشانگر بلند نظری ایشان دانست و آن را از زیباترین نمونه های مردم سالاری دینی در جمهوری اسلامی خواند که سایر کشورها این تجریه را نداشته اند.

وی همچنین با تجلیل از شخصیت یادگار امام افزود: امیدواریم همیشه از بیت امام یادگارانی عالم وتوان مند در جمهوری اسلامی داشته باشیم.

در پایان، نماز جماعت به امامت حجت الاسلام والمسلمین سید حسن خمینی اقامه شد و سپس یادگار امام و مدیران شهری تهران از پروژه ساخت حرم مطهر امام بازدید کردند.
