درپی فاجعه‌ی مصیبت‌بار منا که در آن جمع کثیری از میهمانان الهی جان خود را از دست دادند حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید حسن خمینی با صدور پیامی این حادثه‌ اندوهبار را خدمت رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامى و همه مردم شریف ایران، به خصوص به خانواده هاى داغدار تسلیت گفت.

بسمه تعالى

وَمَنْ یَخْرُجْ مِنْ بَیْتِهِ مُهَاجِرًا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ثُمَّ یُدْرِکْهُ الْمَوْتُ فَقَدْ وَقَعَ أَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَکَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَحِیمًا [النساء: 100]

حادثه تلخ و دردناک منا که به کشته شدن جمع زیادى از لبیک گویان و محرمان حرم امن الهى و هموطنان عزیز و با ایمانمان منجر شد، قلب همگان را به درد آورد. بى شک ناتوانى و بى تدبیرى آل سعود و عمال بى کفایت ایشان از زمره امورى است که در این فاجعه به خوبى نمایان گردیده است و یک بار دیگر سخن امام عظیم الشأنمان را درباره حاکمان حجاز به همه یادآور مى شود. تردیدى نیست که هماهنگى دولت هاى اسلامى در این مورد مى تواند پرده از بسیارى از حقایق بردارد و آینده را از وقوع چنین حوادث تلخى مصون سازد.

اینجانب ضمن عرض تسلیت به رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامى و همه مردم شریف ایران، به خصوص به خانواده هاى داغدارى که در آرزوى بازگشت عزیزانشان لحظه شمارى مى کردند، از خداى متعال علو درجات جانباختگان را مسئلت مى نمایم.
