قهرمانى مقتدرانه سیامند رحمان را به همه ایرانیان و قبل از همه به خود پهلوان همیشه خندانمان و مربیان و زحمتکشان این عرصه خصوصاً برادرم جناب آقاى خسروى وفا تبریک عرض مى کنم.
