سید حسن خمینی در همایش بین الملی «حقوق مردم و حکومت دینی در اندیشه امام خمینی(س)»: «آزادی بیان» بستر رسیدن به جامعه متعالی است

همایش بین الملی «حقوق مردم و حکومت دینی در اندیشه امام خمینی(س)» در پژوهشکده امام خمینی و انقلاب اسلامی برگزار شد. به گزارش پایگاه اطلاع رسانی و خبری جماران، همایش بین المللی حقوق مردم و حکومت دینی در اندیشه امام خمینی(س) در روزهای هفتم و هشتم مهر ماه جاری در سالن پژوهشکده امام خمینی و انقلاب اسلامی و در جوار حرم مطهر بنیان گذار جمهوری اسلامی ایران برگزار شد.

در این همایش، بعد از خیر مقدم توسط دبیر همایش، یادگار گرامی امام به سخنرانی پرداخت و با تأکید بر فراهم بودن امکان عمل به تکلیف برای شهروندان جامعه، گفت: اگر وظیفه داریم برای رسیدن به جامعه ای متعالی تلاش کنیم، بستر ادای این تکلیف آزادی بیان است و کسی که به هر نوع از تحقق این بستر ممانعت می کند جلوی ادای تکلیف را گرفته است. وی به مقوله «حق ادای تکلیف»پرداخت و اظهار کرد: اگر تکلیفی بر دوش انسان است، او این حق را دارد که جامعه شرایط ادای تکلیف را برایش فراهم کند. به عنوان مثال اگر ما مسلمانان مکلف به گزاردن نماز هستیم این حق را داریم تا شرایط اقامه این تکلیف توسط جامعه فراهم شود.

وی در ادامه سخنان خود به برشمردن برخی از تکالیف شهروندان پرداخت و با اشاره به تکالیفی همچون اهتمام به امور مسلمین و امر بمعروف و نهی از منکر و ضرورت ایجاد بستر مناسب برای ادای آنها، تأکید کرد: نحوه قانون گذاری و برخورد حاکمیت با افراد جامعه نباید به گونه ای باشد که جلوی اعمال تکالیف توسط آنان گرفته شود؛ لذا اگر بگوییم همه باید به امور مسلمین حساسیت داشته باشند، کسی که احساس توانمندی در این زمینه می کند نباید از هیچ طریقى براى او ممانعت ایجاد شود چرا که در واقع در مقابل انجام تکلیف از سوی او، محدودیت صورت گرفته است. اگر تکلیف داریم که به امور مسلمانان اهتمام داشته باشیم هیچ کس حق ندارد ما را نسبت به اعمال این تکلیف و توجه به مسایل جامعه محدود کند. هیچ کس حق ندارد ما را از اقدام براى تصحیح و تغییر جامعه به صلاح باز دارد و نیز اگر تکلیف امر به معروف و نهى از منکر داریم نباید کسى از نتایج آن بهراسد.

یادگار امام با بیان اینکه حق اداى تکلیف، یک حق برآمده از تکلیف است، ادامه داد: اگر وظیفه داریم برای رسیدن به جامعه ای متعالی تلاش کنیم، بستر ادای این تکلیف آزادی بیان است و کسی که از تحقق این بستر ممانعت می کند جلوی ادای تکلیف را گرفته است؛ گرچه در چنین حالتی، تکلیف از دوش فرد ساقط می شود اما اصل ضرورت انجام این تکلیف به قوت خود باقی خواهد بود. همان قانون گذارى که تکلیف را وضع مى کند به مکلف امکان عمل به آن را مى دهد و هر کسى که از آن ممانعت کند را بازخواست مى کند. وی در همین زمینه گفت: اگر در کلام امام خمینی می بینیم که «زنان تکلیف دارند در حوزه اجتماعی حاضر شوند» آنان این حق را دارند که شرایط لازم برای حضورشان فراهم شود و اساسا جامعه باید، از چنان سلامتی برخوردار باشند که زنان بتوانند به تکلیف خود عمل کنند.

سید حسن خمینی تأکید کرد: اگر می گوییم همه حق انتقاد دارند و اگر امام می گویند «انتقاد بلکه تخطئه از الطاف خفیه الهی است»، حق داریم که بتوانیم به این وظیفه عمل کنیم؛ اگر رسانه ها تکلیف دارند حقایق را بگویند، مانعی نباید بر سر راه آنها باشد و از همین رو، سانسور باطل مانع عمل به تکالیف آنهاست. وی در همین زمینه افزود: اگر رئیس جمهوری وظیفه دارد که قانون اساسی را اجرا کند باید توانایی آن را نیز داشته باشد زیرا وظیفه ای بر دوش او نهاده شده است و او حق دارد شرایط برایش مهیا باشد.

یادگار امام با اشاره به تأسیس حکومت اسلامی در ایران، یادآور شد: هر عاملی که جلوی افراد جامعه را برای عمل به تکلیف بگیرد، در واقع جلوی حق بزرگ ادای تکلیف را گرفته است. وی با اشاره به حقوق فردی و جمعی اعضای جامعه، اظهار کرد: اگر نسبت به سرنوشت جامعه حساس هستیم باید ببینیم که مسئولان امکان اعمال این تکلیف را به افراد می دهند؟

سید حسن خمینی در ادامه سخنان خود با بیان اینکه امام خمینی آمده است تا جامعه بهتر از گذشته خویش باشد، نیل به این هدف را در گرو امکان ادای تکالیف دانست و تأکید کرد: این همایش باید در جامعه اقدام به «گفتمان سازی» کند و آنقدر سخن خود را در جامعه بیان کند و نقد بشنود تا گفتمان آن به یک باور عمومی تبدیل شود. وی گفت: اگر می خواهیم جامعه به تعالی برسد باید پاسدار حقوق یکدیگر باشیم و در این مسیر همه با هم گام برداریم. یادگار امام «نهاد سازی» و «جریان سازی» را در کنار گفتمان سازی، به عنوان دیگر بایسته های اثرگذاری این همایش برشمرد و در پایان سخنان خود تأکید کرد: حق نه دادنی است، نه گرفتنی؛ بلکه حق فراگرفتنی و یاد دادنى است و اگر به حقوق خود توجه کنیم جامعه خوبی در انتظار ما خواهد بود.
