نامه مهم امام راحل برای «خروج از شرایط حساس» که سید حسن خمینی پس از سه دهه آن را بازخوانی کرد

با مروری گذرا بر دغدغه ها، جهت گیری ها و اقدامات امام خمینی در دوران ده ساله رهبری نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران و چه قبل از آن ، «قانون» و قانونگرائی را یکی از موضوعات حساس و مورد توجه ویژه ایشان می یابیم تا آنجا که حکومت اسلام را «حکومت قانون» می خواندند. (صحیفه امام، ج4،ص 397و ...) و همواره بر رعایت ضوابط قانونی تأکید ویژه داشتند و خود نیز یکی از ملتزم ترین افراد به رعایت جنبه های قانونی و مقررات بودند.

امروز که با گذشت سه دهه از ارتحال امام و چهار دهه از عمر نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران، برخی تصمیمات، اقدامات و رفتارهای نظام در دوران امام یا توسط شخص ایشان به هر دلیل محل پرسش و یا ابهام مردم یا نسل های جدید قرار می گیرد، طبیعی است که جهت تنویر افکار عمومی و روشن شدن قضایا ضرورت دارد تا با شرح و بیان تفصیلی آن وقایع روشنگری و ابهام زدائی صورت گیرد و چهره حقیقی وقایع رخ نماید.

در همین زمینه، چند روز قبل حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید حسن خمینی در نخستین کنگره حزب مجمع ایثارگران در این زمینه فتح باب کرده و در تبیین شرایط دوران دفاع مقدس با اشاره به وجوه انسانی آن دوران گفت: «کسی نمی گوید ما برای اینکه این دوران را استمرار ببخشیم همیشه شهرها را بمباران کنیم یا اگر در آن دوران نظام، کوپن بوده این را ادامه دهیم.

وی در ادامه سخنان خود گفت: «رهبری کاریزماتیک امام اقتضائاتی داشته که با رفتنش تمام شده؛ خیلی خوب بود می شد آن را حفظ کرد ولی آیا امکان آن هست یا آب در هاون می کوبیم؟»

سید حسن خمینی، «کنار رفتن چون و چرا» و «وحدت فرماندهی و اطاعت محض» را دیگر ویژگی های دوران جنگ برشمرد و افزود: «اتفاقا این امر کاملا عقلایی است چون فضای التهاب آور اقتضائات خودش را دارد؛ شرایط بحرانی اموری را می طلبد. نامه امام در پایان جنگ را به یاد آورید که گفت، در جنگ کارهایی کردیم که اقتضائات آن دوران بود.»

وی سپس گفت: «همیشه نباید در شرایط حساس کنونی بود».
