آیین پایانی شانزدهمین جایزه کتاب فصل ویژه زمستان 89 با حضور حجت‌الاسلام و المسلمین سیدعلی خمینی نوه گرانقدر حضرت امام(س)، حجت‌الاسلام و المسلمین سید محمود دعایی رئیس موسسه اطلاعات وناشر کتاب ، آیت الله رحمت از شاگردان حضرت امام(س)، بهمن دری، معاون امور فرهنگی وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی و علی شجاعی صائین مدیر عامل خانه کتاب، و جمعی از اهالی قلم و برگزیدگان در سرای اهل قلم پژوهشکده فرهنگ و هنر جهاد دانشگاهی برگزار شد و طی آن جوایز کتاب های برگزیده هیأت داوران در رشته های مختلف به مولفان و مترجمان اهدا گردید.
