رییس قوه قضائیه در مراسم تجدید میثاق با آرمان های امام خمینی: با منویات امام و اصول قانون اساسی، فاصله داریم

در آستانه سالگرد پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی، صبح امروز رئیس، مدیران و معاونان قوه قضاییه با همراهی یادگار امام حجت الاسلام والمسلمین سید حسن خمینی، ضمن حضور در حرم مطهر امام خمینی(س) با نثار تاج گل و قرائت فاتحه، با آرمان های رهبر کبیر انقلاب تجدید میثاق کردند.

به گزارش پایگاه خبری واطلاع رسانی جماران، در این مراسم آیت الله آملی لاریجانی رئیس قوه قضائیه، محمد گرکانی رئیس دیوان عالی کشور، پورمحمدی رئیس سازمان بازرسی کل کشور، آیت الله مفید مشاور رئیس قوه، محسنی اژه ای دادستان کل کشور، رئیسی معاون اول، اسماعیلی رئیس سازمان زندان ها، بختیاری وزیر دادگستری، منتظری رئیس دیوان عدالت اداری، رازینی معاون حقوقی، امینی معاون آموزش، آیت الله صدیقی و مرتضی اشراقی برگزار شد.

در ادامه این مراسم، آیت الله آملی لاریجانی با حضور در جمع خبرنگاران به پرسش های آنان درباره انقلاب اسلامی،امام خمینی و قوه قضائیه پاسخ داد.

وی با بیان اینکه حضرت امام حق عظیمی بر دوش همه آحاد ملت و همه مسلمین جهان دارد گفت: امام راه جدیدی را مطرح کردند که مبتنی بر ارزش های الهی و اسلامی بود. در روزگاری که بسیاری از ارزش ها محو شده بود امام معنویت را احیا کردند.

رئیس قوه قضائیه با اشاره به شرایط جدید منطقه گفت: امروزه ارزش های امام پیش از پیش شناخته می شود. وضعیتی که امروز در تمام منطقه و همچنین در اروپا و آمریکا مشاهده می شود نشان می دهد که نیاز مردم عدالت و معنویت است. دو عنصری که تاکید اصلی امام بود.

وی افزود: تکیه امام بر مردم به آحاد مسئولین این بود که فکر مردم باشند و نیازهای مردم را ببینند و مخصوصا به قشر ضعیف توجه کنند.

آملی لاریجانی با تاکید بر اهمیت مردم در دیدگاه امام اظهار داشت: امام به صورت مرتب مسئولین را دعوت می کرد و حتی به آنها امر می کرد که حقوق مردم را رعایت کنند و تاکید داشتند خدمت به خلق عبادت خداست.

وی با بیان اینکه باید تاکیدات امام را جدی بگیریم گفت: آنچه در دنیا شاهد آن هستیم این است که رهبری الهی راه جدیدی را در مقابل مردم قرار داده است و به نظر می رسد این ارزش روز به روز بیشتر شناخته می شود. ما باید منویات امام را بیش از هر زمان دیگری پیگیری کنیم.

وی افزود:احیای دعوت ایشان وضعیت خاصی را بر کل جهان به دنبال خواهد داشت. دعوتی که امام 33 سال پیش در کشور اسلامی احیاء کردند امروز اثرات خود را بیش از هر زمان دیگری در میان مسلمین گذاشته و به یاری خدا دین حنیف در همه جا احیاء خواهد شد.

رئیس قوه قضائیه در ادامه در پاسخ به سئوالی درباره نقش قوه قضائیه در تحقق به آرمان های امام گفت: دستگاه قضایی یکی از ارکان نظام اسلامی است و یکی از مهم ترین اهداف انقلاب، عدالت بود.

وی در ادامه گفت: امام از همه کسانی که توانایی تکلف مسئولیت های قضایی را داشتند دعوت های جدی داشت که برای در اختیار گرفتن مسئولیت های قضایی به دستگاه قضایی وارد شوند.

رئیس قوه قضاییه در ادامه گفت: امام همیشه تاکید داشتند اگر دستگاه قضایی سالم باشد همه نظام اسلامی سالم خواهد بود .این تاکید اهمیت بسیاری دارد همه قوا مسئولیت بزرگی را بر دوش دارند اما دستگاه قضایی به عنوان متولی عدالت در نظام قضایی وظایف سنگین تری دارد.

وی در پایان گفت:ما فکر می کنیم تا تحقق منویات امام و اصول قانون اساسی فاصله داریم و امیدواریم با پیگیری این اصول رضایت خدا و ولی نعمتان خود که همان مردم باشند فراهم آوریم.
