حجت الاسلام والمسلمین حاج سید حسن خمینی در یادداشتی، خاطره ای از حضرت آیت الله العظمی بروجردی قدس سره که حضرت امام ايشان را در عالم خواب دیده بود را روایت کردند:

"آیت الله حاج شیخ حسن صانعی نقل می کرد که امام خمینی (ره) در خوابی اینگونه بیان می کند: وقتی در زندان قزل قلعه بودم و حوادث بعد از خرداد 42 جریان داشت شبی در خواب دیدم که مرتبا در حال بستن عمامه هستم ولی عمامه هایم، باز می شوند در این حال مرحوم آیت الله العظمی بروجردی (ره) آمدند و گفتند بده من یک عمامه ای برایت بپیچم که هرگز باز نشود!"
