پیکر مرحوم آیت الله طاهری خرم آبادی امروز پس از تشییع در حرم حضرت معصومه آرام گرفت. به گزارش جماران، تشییع پیکر آیت‌الله طاهری خرم آبادی از ساعت 10 صبح امروز از مسجد امام حسن عسکری قم به سمت حرم مطهر حضرت معصومه‌(س) آغاز و پس از اقامه نماز توسط آیت‌الله شبیری زنجانی بر پیکر آن مرحوم در جوار بارگاه ملکوتی کریمه اهل‌بیت‌(س) به خاک سپرده شد.

حجت‌الاسلام و المسلمین سید حسن خمینی یادگار گرامی حضرت امام، حجت الاسلام و المسلمین محمدی گلپایگانی رئیس دفتر مقام معظم رهبری، اعضای جامعه مدرسین حوزه علمیه قم، ائمه جمعه استان، محسن رضایی دبیر مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام، آیت الله جنتی رئیس شورای نگهبان، بیوت مراجع تقلید و جمع دیگری از شخصیت‌های سیاسی و مذهبی در این مراسم حضور داشتند.

همچنین مراسم بزرگداشت آیت‌ا... طاهری خرم‌آبادی از سوی رهبر معظم انقلاب امشب‌، پس از نماز مغرب و عشاء در مسجد اعظم قم برگزار خواهد شد.

آیت‌ا... طاهری خرم‌آبادی که مدتی به علت بیماری در بیمارستان بستری بود صبح دیروز به دیدار حق شتافت. وی استاد و عضو جامعه مدرسین حوزه بود. نمایندگی مردم لرستان در مجلس خبرگان قانون اساسی و خبرگان رهبری‌، نمایندگی امام خمینی‌(س) در امور حج و زیارت، سپاه و امامت جمعه موقت تهران با حکم رهبر معظم انقلاب‌، از مسئولیت‌های آیت‌ا... طاهری خرم‌آبادی بود.
