محمد هاشمی رفسنجانی در گفت و گو با خبرنگار جماران گفت: کسانی که به دنبال تشکیک در مرجعیت موسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار امام خمینی با تولیت امام خمینی (س) از حاج حسن آقا هستند؛ به دنبال تحریف آثار امام به نفع خودشان و مخدوش کردن آن هستند؛ تا آثار و گفته های امام برای نسل آینده تبدیل به اسنادی مشکوک شوند و از صحنه عمل سیاسی حذف شوند.

وی ادامه این گونه برخوردها با مؤسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار امام خمینی (س) را تکرار تاریخ دانست و افزود: بعد از رحلت حضرت رسول راویان زیادی پیدا شدند و احادیثی از ایشان را جعل می کردند. این قضیه به گونه ای پیش رفت که کسی نمی توانست حدیث نبوی را از احادیث جعل شده تشخیص دهد. این تکرار تاریخ است و برخی می خواهند اندیشه های امام را که اندیشه هایی جامع و جهانی برای اداره کشور و احیای اندیشه های اسلامی است، حذف کنند.

رئیس سازمان صدا و سیما در دوران رهبری امام خمینی، در ادامه به سابقه چنین برخوردهایی اشاره و تصریح کرد: ریشه این مسئله مخالفت با امام و اندیشه های امام است. اگر به سوابق رسانه ای مراجعه کنیم، هم در زمان حیات امام خمینی (س) و هم بعد از رحلت ایشان جریانی به دنبال این بوده اند که با امام، اندیشه های او و انقلاب او مخالفت کنند. این جریان هیچ گاه از بین نرفته است بلکه گاهی به تناسب شرایط فرصت بیشتری برای حضور در رسانه ها پیدا کرده و گاهی نیز شرایط زمانی و مکانی به آنها فرصت علنی کردن مخالفت هایشان را نداده است.

محمد هاشمی رفسنجانی اعلام کرد: امروزه به نظر می رسد برخی از این مخالفان به رسانه هایی دست پیدا کرده اند که از طریق آن ها مخالفت های خودشان را اعلام نمایند. در حال حاضر حاج حسن آقا نماد امام خمینی (س)، بیت ایشان و حافظ آثار باقی مانده از رهبر کبیر انقلاب اسلامی است و هدف افرادی که به دنبال ضربه زدن به حاج حسن آقا هستند، ضربه به خود امام و تحریف و جعل در اندیشه او است.

وی ادامه داد: اگر مبنا اجرای فرمایشات امام و احکامی که امام صادر کرده اند باشد، تشکیک در مرجعیت موسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار امام خمینی، خلاف دیدگاه امام خمینی و خلاف شرع و قانون است؛ چرا که فرمایشات امام در حکم قانون و شرع است و هر گونه تخلف از این فرمایشات و برخلاف آنان عمل کردن خلاف شرع و قانون است. همه می دانیم که مبنای تشکیل موسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار امام خمینی، حکمی است که امام در 17 شهریور 1367 امام خطاب به فرزندشان صادر فرمودند.

عضو مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام اظهار داشت: صالح ترین فرد برای تولیت آثار امام خمینی(س) براساس فرمایش ایشان و وصیت حاج احمد آقا، حاج حسن آقاست و شرعا کسی نمی تواند در وصیت شخصی که رحلت کرده است؛ تخلف کند. فرمان امام مسئله جناحی، سیاسی و خطی نیست، ضمن آن که عمل کردن بر اساس وصیت ریشه در شرع دارد و به سادگی نمی توان این نوع قواعد را در نظامی که به دنبال پیاده سازی احکام اسلامی است، به هم زد. از این رو تشکیک در مرجعیت موسسه تنظیم و نشر آثار امام خمینی خلاف رأی امام است.

هاشمی در نهایت به مقبولیت «یادگار امام» در میان مردم و مراجع اشاره کرد و افزود: اگر این افراد دغدغه نظام و مردم را داشته باشند باید بدانند در حال حاضر محبوبیت و مقبولیتی که حاج حسن آقا در میان مراجع، علما و مردم دارند بسیار بالاست. علاقه ای که مردم به بیت و خانواده امام دارند در کشور کم نظیر است.
