برگزاری جلسه هیات امنای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با حضور حجت الاسلام والمسلمین سید حسن خمینی

رئیس دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با بیان اینکه صادقانه قدردان اعضای هیات امنای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی هستیم گفت: در چهارمین جلسه این هیات، اعضا به اتفاق آرا با تاسیس باشگاه فرهنگی ورزشی دانشگاه آزاد موافقت کردند.

به گزارش جماران به نقل از مرکز روابط عمومی و اطلاع رسانی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، دکتر میرزاده در نشست خبری چهارمین جلسه هیات امنای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با بیان اینکه خوشبختانه در جلسه امروز نیز به مانند سه جلسه قبلی اعضای محترم هیات امنا با پیشنهادات دانشگاه موافقت کردند، گفت: مهمترین مصوبه جلسه امروز که به اتفاق آرا به تصویب اعضای هیات امنا رسید تاسیس باشگاه فرهنگی ورزشی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی است. وی افزود: دانشگاه آزاد در سطح کشور بالغ بر 600 هزار متر مربع فضاهای ورزشی در اختیار دارد که اگر این فضای ورزشی را در کنار یک میلیون و 800 هزار دانشجوی این دانشگاه، جمعیت 5 میلیون نفری فارغ التحصیلان و بیش از 100 هزار صندلی و جایگاه ورزشی این مجموعه بزرگ آموزشی قرار دهیم به قابلیت های غیر قابل انکار این دانشگاه در بحث ورزش خواهیم رسید.

وی با بیان اینکه در جلسه امروز هیات امنا، کلیات اساس نامه باشگاه فرهنگی و ورزشی دانشگاه آزاد به تصویب رسید، گفت: نام باشگاه، تابعیت، مدت فعالیت، موضوع فعالیت، ارکان باشگاه که از مجمع عمومی، هیات مدیره و بازرسان تشکیل می شود و همچنین ترکیب مجمع عمومی از موضوعات مهم اساسنامه باشگاه بود که در جلسه امروز به تصویب اعضای هیات امنا رسید. رئیس دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی ادامه داد: با توجه به ساختار هیات امنا بررسی جزییات اساس نامه باشگاه فرهنگی و ورزشی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی به کمیسیون دائمی هیات امنا واگذار شد تا با اختیارات ویژه خود این اساس نامه را بررسی و اصلاح و در نهایت تصویب و ابلاغ کند تا به زودی شاهد شروع به کار این باشگاه به عنوان یک موسسه غیر انتفاعی و غیر تجاری باشیم.

وی در ادامه در تشریح مصوبات دیگر جلسه امروز هیات امنا تصریح کرد: یکی دیگر از مصوبات مهم جلسه امروز هیات امنا دانشگاه آزاد تفویض اختیاراتی به کمیسیون معاملات استان ها بود تا این کمیسیون ها در جهت تمرکز زدایی از این به بعد بخشی از وظایف عمرانی و برخی معاملات استانی را بر عهده بگیرند. دکتر میرزاده خاطرنشان ساخت: کمیسیون معاملات استان ها از نماینده رئیس دانشگاه در آن استان، رئیس بزرگترین واحد آن استان، کارشناس عمران و کارشناس حقوق و با حضور نماینده خزانه دار استان تشکیل می شود.

وی با بیان اینکه پرداخت غرامت بر اساس قانون تامین اجتماعی به اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد از جمله دیگر مصوبات جلسه امروز هیات امنا بود، گفت: در جلسه امروز اعضای هیات امنا با پیشنهاد پرداخت غرامت نقص عضو، درمان بیماری و زایمان بر اساس قانون تامین اجتماعی موافقت کردند. وی خاطرنشان کرد: سقف دریافت این خدمات بر اساس قانون بیمه تامین اجتماعی است.

رئیس دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی تغییر نام واحد خوراسگان را به اصفهان – خوراسگان یکی دیگر از مصوبات جلسه امروز هیات امنای دانشگاه آزاد خواند و گفت: با توجه به فعالیت های گسترده این واحد جامع و اعتبار بین المللی رشته های پزشکی و دندان پزشکی این واحد و همچنین شهرت شهر اصفهان اعضای هیات امنا با پیشنهاد تغییر نام واحد خوراسگان به اصفهان – خوراسگان موافقت کردند.

دکتر میرزاده در ادامه این نشست یک مصوبه دیگر جلسه امروز را اعلام کرد. وی در این خصوص گفت: در جلسه امروز با تصویب هیات امنا رئیس مرکز آزمون دانشگاه نیز به عنوان معاون دانشگاه شناخته شد.

وی همچنین در پاسخ به سوال خبرنگاران در رابطه با میزان افزایش شهریه دانشگاه آزاد در سال تحصیلی جاری گفت: میزان افزایش شهریه دانشگاه آزاد در سال جاری میانگین 15 درصد است که این میزان در نمامی رشته ها بنا به خواست و تایید هیات امنا استان تقسیم می شود به گونه ای که در برخی رشته ها این افزایش کمتر از 15 درصد است و در برخی رشته ها بیشتر از 15 درصد است ولی در نهایت تمامی افزایش شهریه در تمامی استان ها باید به صورت میانگین 15 درصد باشد. وی با بیان اینکه مصوبه وزارت علوم برای افزایش شهریه دانشگاه های شهریه پرداز تا سقف 25 درصد است ، خاطرنشان کرد: دانشگاه آزاد 10 درصد کمتر از این میزان، سقف شهریه را افزایش داده است.

رئیس دانشگاه ازاد اسلامی درباره شایعه جلوگیری از شرکت در امتحانات برخی از دانشجویانی که شهریه خود را به دانشگاه پرداخت نکرده اند، گفت: جلوگیری از شرکت دانشجویان بدهکار به دانشگاه آزاد، خلاف مقررات است و هیچ واحدی و هیچ مسئولی در این دانشگاه حق چنین اقدامی را ندارد. دکتر میرزاده در ارتباط با دانشجویانی که مشکل پرداخت شهریه در ایام امتحانات را دارند نیز تاکید کرد: هیچ واحدی نمی‌تواند دانشجویی را به علت عدم پرداخت شهریه از امتحان محروم کند و واحدهای دانشگاهی با هماهنگی معاونت دانشجویی می توانند با راه کارهایی نظیر دریافت وام بلند مدت از صندوق رفاه دانشجویان و یا وام های کم بهره بانکی این دانشجویان را برای دریافت وام با بهره کم به ما معرفی کنند. وی ادامه داد: البته دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد نیز به این واقعیت توجه کنند که شهریه تنها منبع درآمدی دانشگاه است و اگر احیانا تعدادی از آنها مشکلات اقتصادی و مالی برای پرداخت شهریه خود دارند، دانشگاه این توانایی و آمادگی را دارد که با پرداخت وام و تسهیلات از سوی صندوق رفاه به این دانشجویان کمک کند.

میرزاده با بیان اینکه موضوع دانشجویان ایثارگر و بدهی آنها متفاوت است، تصریح کرد: بنیاد شهید متولی پرداخت هزینه های دانشجویان ایثار گر و شاهد است و دانشجویان شاهد و ایثارگر موظف به پرداخت شهریه نیستند و می توانند در امتحانات پایان ترم شرکت کنند و بنیاد شهید موظف شده شهریه این دانشجویان را بپردازد. بنابراین اگر شهریه دانشجو پرداخت نشده، مشکل از دانشجو نیست و ما باید این مساله را با بنیاد شهید حل کنیم.
