یادگار امام تأکید کرد: یکی از بزرگترین عوامل برای توفیق یک حکومت این است که ببینیم برای تنّعم اقتصادی و اجتماعی مردم چقدر توفیق داشته است.

به گزارش خبرنگار جماران، حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید حسن خمینی در دیدار با مسئولان کیمته امداد امام خمینی که به مناسبت سالروز تأسیس این کمیته برگزار شد، با اشاره به روایتی از امیرالمؤمنین(ع) اظهار داشت: علی (ع) در مورد زمان حکومت خودشان می فرمایند «ما أصْبَحَ بِاْلکُوفَةِ أحَدٌ الاّ ناعِماً، إنَّ أدْناهُمْ مَنْزِلَةً لَیَأکُلُ مِنَ البُرِّ وَ یَجْلِسُ فی الظِّلِّ وَ یَشْرَبَ مِنْ ماءِ الفُراتِ»؛ یعنی « همه مردم کوفه از رفاه برخوردار گردیدند؛ چون پایین ترین آنها (یعنی فقیرترین افراد جامعه) نان گندم می خورد و سرپناه مناسب دارد و از آب سالم فرات می نوشد». این روایت مبیّن یک مسأله مهم در مسئولیت حکومت و رمز توفیق آن است و ایشان می خواهند بگویند که حکومت ایشان برای حل موضوع معیشت مردم موفق بوده است؛ گو آنکه در جامعه علوی فقر راه ندارد.

وی با بیان اینکه مسئولیت نظام اسلامی مبارزه با فقر است، افزود: اگر نگوییم تنها عامل، اما یکی از بزرگترین عوامل برای توفیق یک حکومت این است که ببینیم برای تنّعم اقتصادی و اجتماعی مردم چقدر توفیق داشته است.

یادگار امام یادآور شد: تأسیس کمیته امداد راه حلی بوده است که امام برای ایجاد حکومت اسلامی در شرایطی که معضلاتی چون حاشیه نشیینی در شهرها، مهاجرت روستاییان به شهرها و... وجود داشت، در ابتدای پیروزی انقلاب اندیشیده شد.

سید حسن خمینی تأکید کرد: اصولا پسندیده نیست که در طول دوره هایی، با وجود درآمدهای بالایی که کشور داشته است دچار فقر و تبعیض باشیم و ببینیم که از یکسو آپارتمانهای چند صد میلیونی معامله می شود اما از طرف دیگر افرادی محتاج ده یا بیست هزار تومان پول باشند.

یادگار امام در پایان تأکید کرد: کمیته امداد ودیعه ای بود که امام باقی گذاشت تا تنعّم بیشتر مردم در معیشت که در روایت علی(ع) هم بدان اشاره شده بود، اتفاق بیفند.

وی در ابتدای سخنان خود یاد درگذشتگان مجموعه کمیته امداد به ویژه آقایان عسگراولادی، حاجی حیدری و شفیق را گرامی داشت و گفت: مرحوم عسکراولادی برای همه بسیار عزیز بود و خالی بودن جای ایشان، امروز در فضای سیاسی کشور بسیار احساس می شود.

در ابتدای این دیدار حسین انواری سرپرست کمیته امداد امام خمینی ضمن ارائه گزارشی از فعالیت های کمیته امداد گفت: امروز کمیته اممداد به جای تحت پوشش قرار دادن افراد روی توانمندسازی آنان تمرکز کرده و در این راستا تلاش می شود تا از افرادی که به دلایل گوناگون امکان بروز استعدادهای خود را نداشته اند، استعداد یابی می شودکه و با این روش هر سال صد هزار نفر توانمند شده و پس از اشتغال یابی از تحت پوشش کمیته امداد خارج شده اند.

ضرورت توجه به سرمایه گذاری های مردمی در موضوع امداد، ارتباط با سازمان ملل و مجامع بین المللی و توجه به ریشه کنی فقر در جامعه برای ضعیف تر نشدن دهک های پایین اقتصادی از دیگر محورهای سخنان سرپرست کمیته امداد امام خمینی بود.
