رساله توضیح المسائل

این کتاب حاوى فتاواى امام خمينى در ابواب مختلف فقه، و به زبان فارسى است كه به‏عنوان رسالۀ عمليه ايشان مورد استفاده و مراجعه مقلدين امام مى‏باشد و ميليونها نسخه از آن تاكنون به صورت رسالۀ عمليه كامل و يا منتخب و يا به صورت موضوعى از سوى مؤسسات انتشاراتى مختلف، قبل و بعد از پيروزى انقلاب اسلامى چاپ و منتشر شده است. توضيح‏المسائل با پاورقى استفتائات، توسط مؤسسه تنظيم و نشر آثار‏امام خمينى به‏مناسبت صدمين سالگرد تولد امام خمينى منتشر شده است.

رساله «توضيح المسائل» حضرت امام خمينى- قدس سره الشريف- بارها از سوى مؤسسات گوناگون به طبع رسيده است. از آنجا كه اغلب رساله‏هاى عمليه منتشر شده حاوى اغلاط چاپى بوده، بعضى از اعضاى محترم دفتر استفتائات حضرت امام اقدام به تصحيح آن كردند و رساله تصحيح شده براى نخستين بار توسط بنياد پژوهش‏هاى اسلامى آستان قدس رضوى منتشر گرديد، و از آن پس بارها توسط دفتر انتشارات اسلامى وابسته به جامعه مدرسين حوزه علميه قم تجديد چاپ شد.

در سالهاى اخير به دليل مراجعات متعدد از سوى مقلّدين و كمبود رساله عمليه، مؤسسه تنظيم و نشر آثار حضرت امام خمينى (س) كه متولّى انتشار آثار حضرت امام (رض) مى‏باشد به ناشران مختلف اجازه چاپ و انتشار اين اثر مهم را داده است.

اكنون با توجه به اينكه در رساله «توضيح المسائل» تصحيح شده نيز اغلاط چاپى مختلفى مشاهده مى‏شود و اين اغلاط در چاپ‏هاى ناشرين ديگر رو به فزونى دارد، اين مؤسسه بر آن شد تا ضمن بررسى رساله‏هاى موجود، متن صحيحى را در اختيار علاقمندان قرار دهد.

توجه به اين نكته ضرورى است كه اعضاى محترم دفتر استفتائات كه اين رساله را تصحيح كرده و شهادت به صحّت آن داده‏اند، طى نامه‏اى به محضر امام (س) موافقت ايشان را درباره مطابقت اين رساله با فتاواى آن حضرت كسب كرده و مطابق نامه حضرت امام (س) عمل به اين رساله تصحيح شده- إن شاء اللَّه تعالى- مجزى است.
