ابتکار: آغاز رايزني‌ها با اصلاح‌طلبان براي انتخابات رياست جمهوري يازدهم و کاندیداتوری سید حسن خمینی (1 اردیبهشت)

گروه سياسي- درحالي که انتخابات رياست جمهوري دهم و اتفاقات پس از آن سبب شد تا اصلاح‌طلبان به نحو بي‌سابقه‌اي غايب بزرگ انتخابات بعدي (انتخابات مجلس نهم) باشند، برخي از چهره‌هاي نزديک به اين اردوگاه، از افرادي نام مي‌برند که ممکن است اصلاح‌طلبان حول محور آنان جمع شده و در انتخابات دوره يازدهم رياست جمهوري بازگشتي دوباره به صحنه سياسي کشور داشته باشند.

البته در ماه‌هاي گذشته نام بيشتر افرادي که از اردوگاه اصلاح‌طلبي مطرح مي‌شدند، عمدتا از سوي اصولگرايان اعلام مي‌شد که معمولا با تکذيب اصلاح اين افراد و نزديکان آنها همراه بود. حجت‌الاسلام سيدحسن خميني و دکتر محمدرضا عارف از جمله اين افراد بودند که اين بار در سخنان برخي از چهره‌هاي‌ اصلاح طلب حاضر در صحنه سياسي کشور مطرح شدند. افرادي که برخي از نمايندگان اصلاح‌طلب مجلس مي‌گويند، در حال رايزني با آنها براي حضور در انتخابات رياست جمهوري يازدهم هستند.

عارف، گزينه اي براي همه فصول

يک عضو فراکسيون اقليت مجلس شوراي اسلامي در پاسخ به اين سوال که اصلاح طلبان براي بازسازي جريان خود و شرکت در انتخابات رياست جمهوري چه برنامه‌هايي دارند، گفت: برنامه ريزي براي بازسازي جريان اصلاحات و ورود آن به انتخابات رياست جمهوري نيازمند زمان و ارزيابي شرايط است که اعضا بايد در اين مدت به جمع بندي برسند. علي اکبراولياء در گفت‌و‌گو با مهر، با اشاره به گزينه اصلاح طلبان براي رياست جمهوري خبرداد: آقاي عارف به عنوان کانديداي اصلاح طلبان مطرح هستند و برخي گفت‌وگوها و رايزني‌ها در اين خصوص شده‌است. نام محمدرضا عارف هم در زمان انتخابات رياست جمهوري دهم به عنوان يکي از گزينه‌هاي اصلاح طلبان مطرح بود و هم در ماه‌هاي پيش از برگزاري انتخابات دوره نهم مجلس شوراي اسلامي به عنوان سرليست گروه‌هاي اصلاح‌طلب مطرح شد. امري که البته هيچ‌گاه تحقق نيافت و به نظر مي‌رسيد بازارگرمي اصولگرايان براي ترساندن و سازماندهي گروه‌هاي اردوگاه خودي بوده‌است تا تصميمي از سوي اصلاح‌طلبان.

تکرار نام حسن خميني

نام سيدحسن خميني نوه بنيانگذار نظام جمهوري اسلامي نيز در چند ساله اخير تکرار شده‌است. اين موضوع البته همواره از سوي اصولگرايان تاييد و از سوي اصلاح‌طلبان تکذيب شده‌است. اين بار اما يک چهره اصلاح طلب مجلس در اين باره سخن گفته‌است.سخنگوي فراکسيون خط امام مجلس معتقد است، اصلاح‌طلبان بايد ضمن پرهيز از اتلاف وقت هرچه سريع‌تر کارهاي انتخاباتي خود را آغاز کرده و کانديداي مورد نظر را اعلام کنند. داريوش قنبري در گفت‌و‌گو با ايلنا، در واکنش به برخي اظهارات مبني بر حضور محمدرضا عارف به عنوان يکي از گزينه‌هاي احتمالي اصلاح طلبان براي انتخابات سال آينده رياست جمهوري، گفت: اگرچه در اين زمينه اطلاع چنداني ندارم ولي معتقدم اصلاح طلبان ديگر نمي‌توانند نسبت به انتخابات رياست جمهوري بي‌تفاوت باشند. قنبري با اشاره به نام محمدرضا عارف، عبدالله نوري و خرازي به عنوان گزينه‌هاي احتمالي اصلاح‌طلبان براي انتخابات رياست جمهوري خاطرنشان کرد: علاوه بر اين‌ها مي‌توان از چهره‌هاي ديگري همچون سيدحسن خميني نيز ياد کرد. ضمن اينکه بايد ببينيم که نهايتا کدام‌يک پا به عرصه انتخابات خواهند گذاشت. سخنگوي فراکسيون خط امام مجلس با تاکيد بر ضرورت سازماندهي تشکيلاتي اصلاح طلبان گفت: حضور اصلاح‌طلبان در انتخابات رياست جمهوري سال آينده نبايد مثل انتخابات فعلي مجلس باشد. وي افزود: با توجه به اينکه تشکيلات اصلاح طلبان دچار نوعي از هم گسيختگي شده‌است، بنابراين پيش از مشخص شدن فرد خاصي، بايد سازماندهي تشکيلاتي اصلاح طلبان در دستور کار قرار گيرد. قنبري در پايان خاطرنشان کرد: با توجه به زمان اندکي که باقي مانده‌است، اصلاح طلبان بايد ضمن تجديد سازمان و کسب آمادگي براي حضور در انتخابات روي چهره‌اي که از مقبوليت بالاتري برخوردار است، سرمايه گذاري کنند. چندي پيش البته محمدرضا خباز، نماينده اصلاح طلب مجلس هشتم نيز با مطرح کردن رئيس‌جمهور سابق کشور، خواستار سازماندهي نيروهاي اصلاح طلب حول محور وي گرديد.از سوي اصولگرايان اگرچه در چندماه مانده به انتخابات نيز دعوت‌هايي از اصلاح طلبان براي شرکت در انتخابات مجلس و گرم کردن فضاي انتخاباتي انجام شده بود اما با پايان گرفتن انتخابات و پيروزي اصولگرايان در انتخاباتي که گروه‌هاي مختلفي از اين اردوگاه با هم رقابت مي‌کردند، به نظر مي‌رسد فعلا اصولگرايان تا انتخابات بعدي نيازي به دعوت از اصلاح طلبان احساس نمي‌کنند. اما چندروز پيش محمدرضا باهنر که در ماه‌هاي قبل از انتخابات مجلس، حتي لفظ «خواهش مي‌کنم» را براي دعوت از اصلاح‌طلبان به کار برده بود، بار ديگر از اين جناح سياسي خواست که از صحنه سياسي کشور غايب نشود. نايب رئيس مجلس شوراي اسلامي گفت که اصلاح‌طلبي مترادف با فتنه نيست و به دنبال اين است که اصلاح‌طلبان در ساختار نظام باقي بمانند. محمدرضا باهنر که در نشستي خبري با خبرنگاران به مسائل مختلف سياسي و اقتصادي اين روزهاي کشور مي‌پرداخت، در پاسخ به سوالي در مورد حضور اصلاح‌طلبان در عرصه‌ سياسي كشور و به ويژه انتخابات رياست جمهوري يازدهم اظهار كرد: در چارچوب قانون اساسي و با توجه به توصيه مقام معظم رهبري دنبال جذب حداكثري و دفع حداقلي هستيم. ما از اينكه نظام، ضدانقلاب و افراد وابسته به بيگانه داشته باشد لذت نمي‌بريم و آرزو مي‌كنيم تمام افرادي كه پتانسيل دارند در خدمت نظام و مردم باشند. وي افزود: نظرم اين است كه نبايد اصلاح طلبي را مترادف با فتنه‌انگيزي دانست. سال 88 اتفاقات بسياري رخ داد و نظام هزينه‌هاي زيادي داد و كساني كه اين كار را كردند بيشتر از بقيه متضرر شدند اما هر زمان كه بخواهند جبران ضرر كنند دير نيست. باهنر خاطرنشان كرد: ‌اگر برخي دنبال اين هستند كه همه اصلاح‌طلبان را به جرگه فتنه‌گران بفرستند من قبول ندارم. هر كس كه موضع خود را نسبت به فتنه مشخص كند و در چارچوب قانون عمل كند نظام از او استقبال خواهد كرد و معتقدم فضاي چندصدايي به نفع نظام است و هم‌اكنون نيز كساني داريم كه منصوب به اصلاح طلبان هستند و ورودشان را به مسئوليت‌هاي مختلف پاس مي‌داريم و من از تريبون مجلس اعلام كردم كه خوشبختانه ما در مجلس هشتم، اصلاح طلب فتنه‌انگيز نداشته‌ايم. ما حتما از حضور اين نوع اصلاح‌طلبان استقبال مي‌كنيم و حضورشان در عرصه‌هاي سياسي بستگي به همت خودشان دارد.
