آفتاب: یک سایت خبری مدعی شد:خبرها حاکی است که محمد باقر قالیباف شهردار فعلی تهران ستادهای تبلیغاتی اش را از مدتها قبل فعال نموده است و قصد جدی برای حضور در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری یازدهم بعنوان کانیدا آن دوره دارد.

از دیگر کسانی که از سوی احزاب و گروهای مختلف برای کاندیداتوری در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری بعدی در نظر گرفته شده اند می توان به آقایان غلامعلی حداد عادل، سعید جلیلی، سید محمد حسینی ( وزیر فعلی ارشاد)، دکتر علی اکبر ولایتی، محمدرضا عارف و علی لاریجانی‏ اشاره کرد.

برخی از شخصیت های سیاسی و فرهنگی نیز درصددند تا باقری لنکرانی وزیر سابق بهداشت را متقاعد کنندکه برای ریاست جمهوری بعدی کانیدا شود که تا کنون وی از قبول این امر امتناع کرده است.

اما در این میان گزارشاتی نیز از دیدار انتخاباتی حجت الاسلام سد حسن خمینی با دکتر احمدی نژاد حکایت دارد. به گزارش جهان،بی باک در ادامه خبر خود به نقل از منابع آگاه نوشته است: سید حسن خمینی اخیرا بعد از دیدار با آقای هاشمی رفسنجانی به دیدار دکتر احمدی نژاد رفته است و رئیس جمهور نیز در این دیدار صریحا به سید حسن خمینی اعلام کرده که در صورت حضور وی در عرصه انتخابات یازدهم ریاست جمهوری، شخصا از وی حمایت خواهد کرد.
