سید حسن خمینی گفت: در قرآن آیه ای ذكر شده است كه می گوید، ای اهل كتاب بیایید پیرامون نقطه ای مشترك گردهم آییم و آن عبارت این است: 'جز خدا كسی را نپرستیم'

وی افزود: زندگی بدون خدا معنا ندارد و این دین است كه ما را با خداوند آشنا می كند و نمك زندگی انسان ایمان به خدا است.

سید حسن خمینی ادامه داد: دین بزرگترین دستاورد بشریت است كه در زندگی ارتباط پیدا می كند؛ انسان بدون خدا دل های كوچك و تاریك دارد، چشمانی نابینا، گوش هایی ناشنوا و دستانی تهی و پای در گل. در ارتباط با خدا است كه نور خدایی بر دلها می تابد، دستها احساس فقر نمی كنند، چشم ها به نور خدایی روشن می شوند، صدا از ملكوت به گوش می رسد و آنجاست كه افق های دور دست را می بیند و می گوید متعلق به خاك نیست.

گروهی از علمای اقلیت های مذهبی تهران امروز با حضور در حسینیه جماران ضمن ادای احترام به بنیانگذار جمهوری اسلامی، خاطره امام خمینی (ره) را گرامی داشتند.

در پایان این مراسم از سوی نوه حضرت امام(ره) لوح یادبودی به علما و بازدید كنندگان اقلیت های مذهبی تقدیم شد.
