فارس: تناقص در عملکرد سایت جماران با اظهارات نوه امام (ره) (3 مرداد)

خبرگزاری فارس: علیرغم تأکید سیدحسن خمینی ‌بر اهمیت حجاب به عنوان یکی از احکام قطعی اسلام، ‌سایت وی عملکردی متناقض با نظرات وی درباره حجاب دارد.

به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس، حجت‌الاسلام سید حسن خمینی طی مصاحبه‌‌ای که چندی‌پیش با یک نشریه داشت، در پاسخ به این سؤال که "سازوکاری که امام برای اداره امور جامعه در قالب تئوری حکومت دینی به دست دادند چه اندازه از فقه آمده بود و چه اندازه از بیرون فقه استخراج شده بود؟، گفته بود: "بحث اصلی فقه این است جامعه باید توسط حکومت قانون اداره شود. در جامعه اسلامی قانون باید اسلامی باشد و واجبات و محرمات شرع رعایت شود. تفاوت حکومت اسلامی با حکومت سکولار در اینجاست. مبدأ حکومت دینی و روش حکومت دینی و مقصد حکومت دینی با حکومت سکولار متفاوت است".

وی در ادامه در پاسخ به سؤال دیگری درباره تفاوت در «روش» میان حکومت دینی و حکومت عرفی، گفت: "حکومت سکولار ممکن است به جایی برسد که در آن اکثریت مردم قائل شوند که حجاب باید برداشته شود اما در حکومت دینی چنین چیزی امکان ندارد چراکه به دایره احکام قطعی شرع وارد شده است".

به گزارش فارس، حمایت قاطع حجت‌الاسلام سیدحسن خمینی از حجاب در جامعه اسلامی در حالی است که نعیمه اشراقی نوه دختری امام خمینی(ره) طی گفت‌وگویی با سایت منتسب به تولیت حرم امام راحل، قانون الزامی بودن حجاب در ایران اسلامی را زیر سوال برده و برخی نظرات خود را به امام(ره) منتسب کرده بود.
