علی اکبر اولیا با بیان اینکه در جلسه اخیر نمایندگان ادوار با خاتمی حضور نداشته است، گفت: تردیدها، محدودیت ها به همراه وجود نقطه نظرات مختلف در جریان اصلاح طلبی موجب عدم شکل گیری جلسات انتخاباتی و یا تصمیم گیری روشن و دقیق در این خصوص از سوی اصلاح طلبان شده است.

وی همچنین در واکنش به اینکه نمایندگان ادوار در دیدار خود با خاتمی، اجماع نظر در میان اصلاح طلبان را تنها با کاندیداتوری خاتمی و یا سید حسن خمینی میسر دانسته اند، گفت: کسانیکه که این حرف را مطرح می کنند نمی خواهند زحمت زیادی به خود بدهند و با برنامه ریزی و تدوین یک برنامه و گفتمان منسجم در انتخابات حضور یابند؛ لذا به دنبال استفاده از ویژگی کاریزمای خاتمی و حسن خمینی برای بدست آوردن آرا و اقبال مردمی هستند.

عضو مجمع نمایندگان ادوار، افزود: معرفی کاندیدا نیازمند یک کار پرحجم و با برنامه است تا بتواند خود را در معرض اقبال و قضاوت مردم قرار دهد؛ لذا کسانی که صحبت از به میدان آمدن چهره های شاخص اصلاح طلب می کنند، نمی خواهند با برنامه و کار وارد رقابت شوند.

وی با اشاره به برنامه هایی که رئیس جمهور آینده باید به آن توجه داشته باشد، گفت: در دولت اخیر سرمایه های انسانی زیادی تحلیل رفته است؛ لذا رئیس جمهور بعدی باید با حفظ ارزش ها و همراهی یک تیم ورزیده در حوزه های اقتصاد، فرهنگ، سیاست خارجی و همچنین وحدت میان نیروها که در دولت گذشته مورد خدشه قرار گرفته، برنامه منسجم داشته باشد.

عضو فراکسیون اقلیت مجلس هشتم، گفتمان خردگرائی را مناسب ترین گفتمان اصلاح طلبان برای حضوردر عرصه رقابت ها دانست و تصریح کرد: باید یک کاندیدا بر اساس گفتمان خردگرایی ظرفیت های مغفول مانده کشور را احیا و با پشتوانه یک تیم قوی کشور را به یک شرایط با ثبات برساند.

اولیاء در پایان درباره علت عدم انسجام اصلاح طلبان و رسیدن به یک استراتژی مشخص برای انتخابات ، گفت: باید شرایط تعامل، هم فکری و مشورت میان اصلاح طلبان به وجود آید و دور هم جمع شوند و برنامه و استراتژی خود را مشخص کنند؛ اما در حال حاضر در یک بایکوت اجتماعی هستند.
