به گزارش خبر نگار انتظامی فارس، تولیت مرقد امام(ره) در مراسم تجدید میثاق نیروی انتظامی با آرمانهای امام خمینی(ره) گفت: مهمترین گزینه‌ای که باید نیروی انتظامی در عملکرد خود به آن توجه داشته باشد توکل بر خداست.

وی ادامه داد: یکی از مهمترین مولفه‌های مورد نیاز برای عملکرد پلیس کنترل اجتماعی در مراسم رسمی و غیر رسمی است.

حسن خمینی اظهار داشت: کنترل‌هایی رسمی از سوی نهاده و سازمانهای امنیتی صورت می‌گیرد اما کنترل غیررسمی براساس فرهنگ و قاعده رفتاری افراد در سطح جامعه شکل می‌گیرد لذا باید تعریف جرم و نگاه به مجرمین را در جامعه به نوعی تعریف کرد که آحاد جامعه نسبت به هرگونه عمل غیر دینی و غیر اجتماعی نگاهی منفی داشته باشند. چرا که اگر ناهنجاری‌هایی در جامعه به هنجار تبدیل شوند هر میزان برخورد رسمی صورت گیرد باز کار به جایی نمی‌رسد و مردم در برابر آن مقابله خواهند کرد.

تولیت مرقد امام(ره) ادامه داد: چیزی که مردم نسبت به آن حساسیت داشته باشند پلیس راحت‌تر می‌تواند با آن برخورد کند لذا ضروری است با فرهنگسازی مردم را در برابر ناهنجاری‌های مختلف آگاه ساخت.

حسن خمینی گفت: مهمترین سرمایه ناجا سرمایه اجتماعی است لذا بدنه جامعه باید به پلیس اعتماد کند و آنها این موضوع را قبول کنند که پلیس در مسیر برخورد با ناهنجاری‌ها قرار دارد.
