مهر: رابط پارلمانی مرکز تحقیقات استراتژیک مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام گفت: در چند وقت اخیر این شائبه بوجود آمده که کف سن کاندیداها را به 45 و سقف آن را به 75 سال رسانده اند تا آقای سید حسن خمینی از یکسو و آیت الله هاشمی رفسنجانی از سوی دیگر در انتخابات حضور نداشته باشد، ممکن است این موضوع در ذهن طراحان نبوده باشد ولی این شائبه پیش آمده است.

تیمور علی عسگری با بیان اینکه اصلاح قانون انتخابات یک ضرورت است، گفت: باید از اصلاح قانون انتخابات در شکل موردی، موسمی و سلیقه ای پرهیز شود.

رابط پارلمانی مرکز تحقیقات استراتژیک مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام تاکید کرد: دولت باید پیش از ورود کمیسیون شوراها به اصلاح قانون انتخابات لایحه جامع انتخابات را به مجلس تقدیم می کرد و حتی شورای نگهبان نیز خواستار این موضوع بود اما متاسفانه این لایحه تقدیم نشد.

این نماینده سابق مجلس در دوره هفتم با اشاره به اینکه 27 سال از تصویب قانون انتخابات کشور می گذرد، افزود: بازنگری قانون اساسی بعد از 10 سال اتفاق افتاد، قانون انتخابات که جای خود را دارد و جزو قوانین عادی محسوب می‌شود، لذا بازنگری از قانون انتخابات امری مهم است.

وی به لحاظ کردن شرط سنی در اصلاح قانون انتخابات اشاره کرد و گفت: برداشت من در ارتباط با اصلاح قانون انتخابات این است که نباید تجربه سوزی کنیم و این اصلاح نباید سلیقه ای باشد مثلا در چند وقت اخیر این شائبه بوجود آمده که کف سن کاندیداها را به 45 و سقف آن را به 75 سال رسانده اند تا آقای سید حسن خمینی از یکسو و آیت الله هاشمی رفسنجانی از سوی دیگر در انتخابات حضور نداشته باشد، ممکن است این موضوع در ذهن طراحان نبوده باشد ولی این شائبه پیش آمده است.

رابط پارلمانی مرکز تحقیقات استراتژیک مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام خاطر نشان کرد: پیش بینی من این است که شورای نگهبان به طرح اصلاح قانون انتخابات ایراد قانون اساسی خواهد گرفت و اگر در ادامه مجلس بر نظر خود پافشاری کند طرح به مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام ارسال خواهد شد.
