الف: پيام شوراي نگهبان به سيد حسن خميني (13 خرداد)

عدم احراز صلاحيت آفاي هاشمي رفسنجاني در دوره يازدهم انتخابات رياست جمهوري، نشان داد که شوراي نگهبان در امر احراز صلاحيت پرقدرت عمل مي کند و اين روند راهي را براي آينده ي اين شورا باز کرده است.

حکم حکومتي مقام معظم رهبري در انتخابات ۱۳۸۴ براي ورود آقايان معين و مهرعليزاده اين توقع را براي عده اي ايجاد نموده بود که حکم حکومتي راه گريزي از شوراي نگهبان است اما آنها اين توجه را نداشتند که بسيار بعيد است که رهبري در يک موضوع دوبار از حکم حکومتي استفاده نمايند. حکم حکومتي يعني باز نمودن يک بن بست يا توجه به يک مصلحت و اين مسئله يک استثناء است يعني اگر قرار باشد حکم حکومتي براي رد شدن از فيلتر شوراي نگهبان شود اين نشان از ناکار آمدي يک نهاد است و ديگر حکم حکومتي يک استثنا نخواهد بود بلکه تبديل به يک رويه خواهد شد که رهبري نشان داده اند که به دنبال خنثي کردن قانون نيستند.

اصلاح طلبان و طيف هاي نزديک به ايشان در دوره يازدهم انتخابات رياست جمهوري فردي را نداشتند که قدرت بسيج اجتماعي داشته باشد الا هاشمي رفسنجاني. ايشان تنها راه براي اصلاح طلبان بود تا بدنه ي اجتماعي حامي خود و بخشي از مردم ناراضي نسبت به وضعيت فعلي را بسيج و وارد عرصه انتخابات نمايد و اصلاح طلبان با هاشمي به عرصه بازگردند و در صورت پيروزي او بازگشت به قدرت را نيز تجربه نمايند و هاشمي تنها فرد بود. خاتمي چندان بر تاييد صلاحيت خود مطمئن نبود و اين هاشمي بود که تنها اميد بود.

عدم احراز صلاحيت هاشمي پيام روشني بود که شوراي نگهبان قدرتمند برخورد خواهد کرد و اسم و رسم برايش مهم نيست و تحت تاثير تبليغات قرار نمي گيرد. اما اصلاح طلبي و جريان چپ مطمئناً به دنبال بازگشت است و براي ورود به قدرت بايد افراد سفيد وارد گود شود و البته بايد منتظر ماند و ديد چهارسال يا هشت سال آينده جريان اصلاح طلبي چه چهره اي را رو مي کند شايد يکي از نامزدهاي فعلي اصلاح طلب در انتخابات رياست جمهوري و يا فردي مثل سيد حسن خميني يعني ذخيره استراتژيک جريان چپ.

اما پيام شوراي نگهبان به سيد حسن خميني اين است که اسم و رسم را مجوزي براي حضور در انتخابات رياست جمهوري نيست و سيد حسن بايد دراين چهار يا هشت سال به دنبال يک کار اجرايي باشد تا بتواند شرايط رياست جمهوري را کسب نمايد.
