صادق زیباکلام گفت: دولت یازدهم در حال طراحی و شکل گیری است؛ لذا قطعا نظرات آقایان هاشمی، خاتمی و ناطق، بیت امام(ره) بویژه سیدحسن خمینی و بسیاری از چهره‌ها و شخصیت‌های معتدل نظام که می‌خواهند اعتدال در کشور حاکم شود و افراطی‌گری که در هشت سال گذشته بر کشور سایه انداخته، از بین برود می‌تواند در این عرصه راه‌گشای دولت یازدهم باشد.

صادق زیباکلام فعال سیاسی اصلاح طلب با اشاره به ساز و کار در نظر گرفته شده از سوی رئیس جمهور منتخب برای انتخاب کابینه دولت یازدهم گفت: آقای روحانی از کارگروه‌هایی که در حوزه‌های مختلف تشکیل داده، خواسته است که برای هر وزارتخانه چند نفر معرفی شوند تا در نهایت با مشورت با حلقه نزدیک مشاورینش و سپس هیات رئیسه مجلس شورای اسلامی و چهره‌های شاخص درباره انتخاب وزیران به نتیجه برسند.

وی در پاسخ به سوالی مبنی بر مطرح شدن نام‌های مختلف برای تصدی معاون اولی و برخی وزارتخانه‌ها درباره ساز و کار در نظر گرفته شده برای انتخاب کابینه اظهار کرد: در حال حاضر نمی‌توان روی هیچ نامی انگشت گذاشت و گفت این افراد وزیر و یا معاون و معاون اول خواهند شد.

مهمترین اظهارات زیباکلام را به نقل از مهر در زیر بخوانید:

آقای روحانی از فردای بعد از انتخابات کارگروه‌ها و کمیته‌هایی در حوزه‌های مختلف سیاسی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، امنیتی و... تشکیل داده است و اعضای تشکیل دهنده این کارگروه‌ها متشکل از کسانی که در ستادهای انتخاباتی رئیس جمهور منتخب فعال بوده‌اند، وزیران دولت سازندگی، برخی وزرای دولت اصلاحات و چهره‌های شاخص میانه‌رو از اصولگرایان و اصلاح طلبان است.

از همین الان یک تفاوت آشکار در عملکرد آقای روحانی نسبت به اصولگرایان دیده می‌شود؛ چرا که آنها در سال 84 افراد توانمند و شاخص را تنها به واسطه ارتباط با آقایان هاشمی و خاتمی کنار گذاشتند و احمدی نژاد تنها محور انتخاب افراد برای کابینه بود، اما آقای روحانی اصلا چنین رویکردی ندارد و کارش را بر مبنای مشورت پیش می‌برد.

آنچه مسلم است این است که آقایان هاشمی، ناطق و خاتمی جزء مشاورین بسیار نزدیک و مهم رئیس جمهور منتخب هستند، اما قطعا هیچکدام از این سه نفر حاضر نیستند نظر خودشان را به آقای روحانی تحمیل کنند.

دولت یازدهم در حال طراحی و شکل گیری است؛ لذا قطعا نظرات آقایان هاشمی، خاتمی و ناطق، بیت امام(ره) بویژه سیدحسن خمینی و بسیاری از چهره‌ها و شخصیت‌های معتدل نظام که می‌خواهند اعتدال در کشور حاکم شود و افراطی‌گری که در هشت سال گذشته بر کشور سایه انداخته، از بین برود می‌تواند در این عرصه راه‌گشای دولت یازدهم باشد.

آنچه روحانی می‌خواهد، میانه‌روی، اعتدال، پرهیز از افراطی‌گری و رادیکالیزم است، قطعا با روی کار آمدن دولت یازدهم برخلاف آنچه در سال 84 شاهد بودیم، نیروهای فعال به صورت بولدزری کنار گذاشته نخواهند شد. رویکرد آقای روحانی این است که اگر فردی که هم اکنون مشغول به کار است و توانمندی بالایی دارد، به صرف همکاری با احمدی نژاد و اصولگرا بودن کنار گذاشته نشود. اما افرادی کنار گذاشته می‌شوند که ناتوان هستند و یا بدون بلیت وارد اتوبوس دولت شده‌اند.

هیچ اصلاح طلبی هیچ حق و سهمی برای خودش در دولت روحانی قائل نیست. اگر رئیس جمهور منتخب سـِمت، وزارتخانه و یا پستی را به یک فرد اصلاح طلب در دولت آینده پیشنهاد کند، صرف نظر از پذیرفتن و یا نپذیرفتن آن فرد به هیچ عنوان اصلاح طلبان حضور در دولت را سهم آبا و اجدادی خود نمی‌دانند و قائل به این نیستند که بخشی از وزراء، سفرا و استانداران باید از آنها انتخاب شوند.

این رویکرد مبنی بر عدم سهم خواهی از دولت آینده به طریق اولی از طرف آیت الله هاشمی رفسنجانی دنبال می‌شود و این طور نیست که مثلا ایشان بگویند که سه نفر از کارگزاران باید وزیر شوند یا فلانی باید در فلان پست مشغول به فعالیت شود.

به نظر می‌رسد اصولگرایان حسن روحانی را بعد از انتخابات تازه کشف کردند، چون آنها تازه متوجه شدند که او عضو جامعه روحانیت مبارز بوده و به طور کلی رئیس جمهور منتخب با آنها است. متاسفانه اصولگرایان به این موضوع بسنده نکرده و بعضا سهم خواهی از دولت آینده را مطرح می‌کنند و اهرمشان هم برای این موضوع مجلس شورای اسلامی است. برخی اصولگرایان می‌گویند مبادا از فتنه گران یا همان اصلاح طلبان در کابینه و دولت آینده استفاده شود، این موضوع هم به صورت تهدید، هم به صورت نصیحت و هم به صورت توصیه برادرانه گفته می‌شود، مقصود آنها هم این است که روحانی را اصلاح طلب نمی‌دانند و امیدوارند که از هیچ فرد اصلاح طلبی که آنها را معادل با فتنه گری می‌دانند، استفاده نکند.

تقریبا یک سوم واجدان شرایط شرکت در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری در این عرصه حضور نیافتند. از دو سوم باقی مانده که حدود 37 میلیون نفر بودند، حدود 19 میلیون نفر به سیاست‌های اجرایی جاری نه گفتند و فقط چهار میلیون نفر سیاست‌های جاری را تایید کردند.
