قدس آنلاين: سید حسن خمینی: در محیط‌های علمی باید اخلاق را تعریف کنیم (30 مرداد)

به گزارش (ایسنا)، حجت الاسلام والمسلمین سید حسن خمینی در شصت‌وهفتمین اجلاس شورای مرکزی دانشگاه آزاد در واحد نجف آباد، اظهارکرد: برای دوره مدیریتی ارزش قائل باشید، چرا که چشم بر هم بگذارید دوره مدیریت که هیچ عمر هم سر می‌آید، ناگهان بانگی بر آمد و خواجه بمرد. وی ادامه داد: ارزش این دوره را بدانید و به آن به عنوان یک دوره خدمت و ارزشمند برای دستگیری از دیگران نگاه کنید.

وی با بیان اینکه فضایی که در هیات امنای دانشگاه است، فضای همدلی است، اظهار داشت: دکتر دانشجو تلاش خوبی در مدیریت دانشگاه که امیدواریم این دوره خدمت دوره غبطه کسی نباشد، بلکه دوره افتخارش باشد.

خمینی ضمن ابراز خرسندی از حضور در این نشست بسیار صمیمانه و با تشکر از فرهاد دانشجو، اظهارداشت: وی از فضائل خوبی برخوردار است و متانت و درک درستش از شرایط و ظرفیت بالایش این امکان را فراهم کرد که آن التهابات ابتدایی در تغییر مدیریت به شرایط خوب کنونی تغییر یابد.

وی ضمن تشکر از عملکر دانشگاه آزاد واحد نجف آباد، اظهارکرد: چندین بار آیت‌الله هاشمی رفسنجانی به بنده گفتند که این واحد دانشگاهی خارق‌العاده است و زمانی که به این واحد آمدم، فکر نمی‌کردم کار به این بزرگی و موثری باشد، از رییس واحد نجف آباد که ریاست طولانی هم بر این واحد دانشگاهی دارد، تشکر می‌کنم.

خمینی افزود: به رسم سنتی که دارم، یاد امام خمینی (ره)، فرزندانشان، شهدای انقلاب به ویژه شهدای خطه نجف آباد، علمای بزرگ استان اصفهان، امام جمعه سابق و درگذشته اصفهان را که بر ما حقی داشته‌اند را گرامی می‌دارم.

وی با بیان اینکه دانشگاه به سبب ارتباطش با علم، دارای ارزشی بسیار مضاعف است، اظهارکرد: اما این علم با همه ارزش و اهمیتی که دارد، اگر به یک نکته گره نخورد، سعادت بشر را به دنبال ندارد.

وی افزود: دوره ما دوره علم گرایی است، اما این علم همانطور که رفاه آورده در نقاطی از جامعه برای بسیاری از انسان‌ها باعث آرامش و سعادت نشده است و ما دینداران ممکن است سعادت را به قالبی دیگر و مادی گرایان به گونه‌ای دیگر تعریف کنند.

عضو هیات امنای دانشگاه آزاد با بیان اینکه هر گاه علم را از اخلاق جدا کردند، نتیجه‌ای به بار آورده که تمام عالمان از نتیجه آن به ستوه آمدند، تصریح کرد: ارزش علم بی‌تردید جزء والاترین ارزش‌هایی است که انسانیت با هر نوع مکتب و هر نوع فلسفه فکری در محیط خود تعریف کرده است، همچنین علم اگر از اخلاق چه اخلاق دینی و چه اخلاق غیر دینی در هر جامعه‌ای جدا شد، معضلات جامعه را از جهتی کم و از جهتی زیاد کرده است.

وی با تاکید بر اینکه علاوه بر اینکه دانشگاه باید محیط دینداری باشد، باید محیط علم و اخلاق هم باشد، خاطرنشان کرد: اگر می‌خواهیم جامعه و دوستانمان اخلاقی شوند باید از خودمان شروع کنیم.

وی افزود: سخن من امروز در باب اخلاق در محیط‌های علمی است، ما در محیطهای علمی باید فضایی تعریف شده از اخلاق برای خود ارائه دهیم، به عنوال مثال می‌گوییم سرقت بد است، در محیط‌های علمی درست است که سرقت معنی دارد و هر نقل قول بدون منبع از هر کسی یک نوع سرقت است، استاد و دانشجو اگر مطلب خود را از کسی می‌گیرند، باید بگویند چه میزان از منابع خود استفاده کرده‌اند.

سيد حسن خمینی با بیان اینکه مرز بین افراط و تفریط زندگی اعتدالی و اخلاقی است، گفت: اما سخن امروز من اخلاق عمومی نیست، بلکه سخن من در باب اخلاق در محیط‌های علمی است، ما در محیط‌های علمی باید اخلاق را برای خودمان تعریف کنیم.

وی با بیان اینکه نقل قول بدون منبع از کسی سرقت است، گفت: استاد یا دانشجو تعهد دارد که اگر مطلبی را از کسی گرفته است نقل کند و عدم انجام این کار یک نوع بی اخلاقی در محیط‌ های علمی است.

عضو هیات امنای دانشگاه آزاد یکی دیگر از اصول اصلی اخلاق در محیط‌های علمی را وفای به عهد عنوان کرد و افزود: یکی از مصادیق وفای به عهد این است که کم کاری نکنیم، استادی که تعهد دارد در یک فضای علمی زمان مشخصی را کار کند اگر کمتر کار کند وفای به عهد نکرده است.

وی ادامه داد: بر این اساس استادی که تعهد داده در محیط علمی 30 ساعت کار کند، اگر کمتر از این میزان کار کند وفای به عهد خود نکرده است. یکی از رذل آمیز ترین افعال غیراخلاقی حسد است که به افراد زیردستی هم می‌رسد، اگر رفیق من و شما از ما بهتر بود با حسد آمیزه نکنیم و رفتار خودمان را تابعی از حسد نفسانی خودمان قرار ندهیم و به تخریب علمی نپردازیم.

وی افزود: نمی‌خواهم اسم بیاورم اما وارد برخی از طیف‌های حوزه فرهنگی ما اگر بشوید هیچ دو نفری از این مجموعه با هم رفیق نیستند و تا اسم می‌آورند، عنوان می‌کنند "بلد نیست"، که این ناشی از حسدی است که در وجود فرد نهفته است، یا کم کاری در بحث پایان‌نامه‌ها، تدریس و استادی که به کلاس درس می‌رود و مطلبی را که در جای قبل بارها عنوان کرده، مجددا در کلاس دیگری تکرار می‌کند در حالی که هیچ مطلبی به این گفته‌ها اضافه نکرده، خیانت در امانت است. این فرد واقعاً چه جوششی در خود قرار داده است؟

وی با تاکید بر اینکه وقتی فرد در مقطع بالاتر تحصیل می‌کند باید به عهد خود که در واقع پای سفر مرده هم نشسته است، وفا کند، اظهارکرد: دوری از خودآرایی در محیط‌های علمی مهم است و انسانها در حالت کلی دوست دارند خود را آرایش کنند و به زیورها بیارآیند. این ضعف نفس است که انسانها محتاج تعریف کردن دیگران باشند و خودآرایی کردن بستر این تعریف شدن‌هاست.

خمینی با تاکید بر اینکه خودآرایی یکی از معضلات درونی همه است، خاطرنشان کرد: این منیت آغاز انحراف است، میان ما و سعادت، همین "من" فاصله است.

وی درباره اخلاق علمی در محیط‌های دانشجویی، گفت: لازم است بسیار به اخلاق در محیط‌های دانشجویی که رهبر معظم انقلاب هم به آن تاکید داشتند، اهمیت داد چون بحث حقیقت‌جویی است، اینکه انسان چشم به روی حقیقت ببندید، رذیله‌ای اخلاقی است و باید از آن دوری گزید.

وی همچنین با بیان اینکه تقلید در امور عملی کار عاقلانه‌ای است، تصریح کرد: هیچ کس نمی‌تواند در همه رشته‌ها متخصص شود، بنابراین در حوزه عمل تقلید یعنی رجوع به کارشناس امر، اما در مسائل علمی و باورها تقلید امر مضمومی است، بنابراین هیچکدام از مراجع و کتاب‌ها تقلید در اصول دین را ترویج نکرده‌اند، چرا که مربوط به اندیشه است نه عمل.

وی افزود: در مسائل علمی، تقلید امر مذبوحی است، اینکه حرفی را بی‌دلیل بپذیریم امری مذبوح و غیراخلاقی است و در محیط دانشگاه اخلاق حکم می‌کند که از تقلید کورکورانه دوری کنیم و تقلید مربوط عمل است.عدم پذیرش بی دلیل، از آن طرف هم است، عدم رد بی دلیل یعنی تعصب، به صرف اینکه کسی حرفی می زند اگر دلیلی نداریم نباید رد کرد.

وی با بیان اینکه علت رد کردن بسیاری از حرف‌ها در محیط‌های دانشگاهی، تعصبات کورکورانه است، تصریح کرد: رد هرچیزی که رنگ و بوی به ظاهر متجددانه ندارد اشتباه است، همانطور که پذیرش هرچیزی که رنگ و بوی متجددانه دارد هم قبول نیست.

خمینی درباره نقدپذیری و نقد منصفانه، اظهارداشت: دوری از این دو، دوری از فضای اخلاقی است. پذیرش حرف درست یکی از اصول اخلاقی در محیط‌های علمی است، همانطور که نمی شود حرف غیرخود را بی دلیل رد کنیم، نمی‌توانیم بی دلیل هم بپذیریم.

وی افزود: در دستورات دینی و به حکم خردمان، علم جزء گوهرهای ناب است و تلاش عالمانه را بی‌تردید جهاد می‌دانیم، در حالی که اگر این علم را از اخلاق جدا کنیم گوهر به دست نیاوردیم، بلکه مار در خانه خودمان پرورش دادیم و آن چیزی که به دنبالش بوده‌ایم تا به سعادت برسیم، گاهی اوقات باعث بدبختیمان شده است.
