یک منبع آگاه در امور انتخاباتی در مصاحبه با خبرنگار خبرگزاری صدا و سیما افزود: محمدعلی انصاری به نمایندگی از حجت‌الاسلام سید حسن خمینی، شکایت وی نسبت به احراز نشدن صلاحیتش را تسلیم شورای نگهبان کرد.

براساس گفته های این منبع آگاه، شکایت حجت الاسلام سید حسن خمینی امروز شنبه تسلیم شورای نگهبان شده است.

پیشتر هیأت مرکزی نظارت بر انتخابات مجلس خبرگان رهبری طی اطلاعیه ای اعلام کرده بود: آن عده از داوطلبان مجلس خبرگان که صلاحیت آنان، مورد تأیید قرار نگرفته است، از 8 تا 10 بهمن می توانند شکایت خود را تحویل دهند.
