دانشگاه آزاد پساهاشمی شاهد اتفاقاتی بود که به جرات می‌توان گفت که سرنوشت و ادامه حیات آن را نشانه گرفته است.
به گزارش جماران روزنامه آفتاب یزد نوشت : در حاشیه عزل و نصب‌های اخیر نامه‌ای به تاریخ دوم خرداد از آیت‌الله سید حسن خمینی عضو هیئت موسس و هیئت امنای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی به دکتر حسن روحانی در خروجی رسانه‌ها قرار گرفت که ضمن اعلام فقدان وجاهت قانونی در موضوع عزل رئیس دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی و نیز نصب سرپرست جدید بدون رای‌گیری در هیئت امنا از ایشان خواستند نسبت به مسئله راهگشایی ورود کنند. البته بر مبنای اساسنامه، این انتصاب غیرقانونی است و انتخاب آقای دکتر نوریان به‌عنوان رئیس دانشگاه آزاد دخالت غیرقانونی در فعالیت دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی است. محمد جواد پهلوان |
